I took care great care of them but they didnt last 2 years. Someone else that purchased thrm told me that i was lucky my ear buds ladted that long!! Nothing is made like it used too. Now I see why its good to buy prorection warranties.

Used them for about 720 hours, and the battery now doesn't last last more then a few hours. Buy cheaper headphones as it's worth the benefits of not having to put out $300 for a pair of headphones. Would be better if they lasted longer battery wise but it went from lasting 5 hours to about three

If you put these on, you won’t hear a thing. They also have a great mobile app, they sound really good and they’re just great all around. I would highly recommend these to somebody who wants the best in ear headphones that they can get, as these easily surpass the AirPods Pro. The only two things I’m not a huge fan of are: 1. The case is a little bit wobbly on the top lid. It’s not a big deal, but other headphone cases feel as if they’re built better. 2. This isn’t an XM4 issue as much of an issue with foam tips in general, but the foam eartips degrade after a few months of use. You can either request Sony to send replacement tips(for free) or you can buy rubber tips to avoid it, but foam tips are better for cancelling noise.

Honestly noise cancelling is underwhelming for a industry-leading product. Will probably have to wait a decade till we get truly noise cancelling headsets. If you got the money, it’s definitely worth it. But I don’t, so I had to return them.

I have Jabra and Bose ear buds and felt these are not that great with noise cancellation. Feel a bit big and bulky, but fit very nicely in the ear.

Here’s what I love: - The comfort of them. They come with three foam sized ear tips. If you want to know what they feel like they are similar to what construction workers stick into their ears or what people use at gun ranges very comfortable when you get the right size for your ear - For my usage the battery life lasts forever. I don’t usually have them in my ear for no more than 4 hours. - wireless charging capability with the case and it’s USB-C What I don’t like: - case is a little bulky but it’s not that terrible you’d get used to it. - king of wish the case wasn’t made out of plastic too. Other than that love everything about it and definitely would recommend these headphones over those AirJunk!!!

Unfortunately, the WF-1000XM4 does not currently support the Multi-point Connection feature. It can be paired with multiple devices at the same time, but unlike model WH-1000XM4: it cannot be connected with multiple devices at the same time. Hope this helps. -Sam

Too expensive for the quality

The noice from the electrical equipment was getting into the ear buds. And it was annoying. Also the foam was not so great and when the ear buds where lose in my ear the sound ambient activated and was also annoying. But the noise canceling was good and music sounded clear.

If you are hearing noise from the electrical equipment from your work, the noise canceling function is effective in low frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices. The airpods are overly expensive, when weighing the materials they are made of and the noise cancelling features. I love how my Sony Earbuds feel, they are SCRATCH RESISTANT, don’t fill my ears with pressure while using noise cancellation, come with 3 different size earbuds to fit perfectly into anyone’s ears, and have their own app with an equalizer built in that allows you to make your own custom settings or use the preset ones if you choose. Really feels more like a personal car sound system for the ears. Bass is also pretty great in these too! 10/10, absolutely feel these were worth the price. - got them during black friday
