Here’s what I love: - The comfort of them. They come with three foam sized ear tips. If you want to know what they feel like they are similar to what construction workers stick into their ears or what people use at gun ranges very comfortable when you get the right size for your ear - For my usage the battery life lasts forever. I don’t usually have them in my ear for no more than 4 hours. - wireless charging capability with the case and it’s USB-C What I don’t like: - case is a little bulky but it’s not that terrible you’d get used to it. - king of wish the case wasn’t made out of plastic too. Other than that love everything about it and definitely would recommend these headphones over those AirJunk!!!

Unfortunately, the WF-1000XM4 does not currently support the Multi-point Connection feature. It can be paired with multiple devices at the same time, but unlike model WH-1000XM4: it cannot be connected with multiple devices at the same time. Hope this helps. -Sam

Not worth the price

Manufacturers warranty last 1 year headphones stopped holding a charge 1 year and 2 months after purchase. The left headphone goes from fully charged to dead on 30 minutes. I would not buy again and probably will avoid all sony headphones going forward.

A Solid Improvement On M3s

They do cost quite a bit more than most of the competition, but they are worth it. I’ve tried almost all of the premium BT earbuds(Sennhieser Momentum 2, Galaxy Buds+ and Galaxy Buds Pro, AirPods Pro, 1more, and the Jabra’s), none compare to the WF-1000XM4’s if you want an all around great pair of wireless earbuds. I will say that I like the Sennhieser Momentum 2’s sound a little better, but only a little better and the noise canceling on the Sony buds is unbelievable. I also have the Sony WH-1000xm4’s(over ear cans) and I think that the earbuds are almost if not just as good. Sony really outdid themselves with this time.

Our WF1000XM4 does currently not support Multi-point Connection. These doesn't have a default volume controller. You need to download the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app on your smartphone to assign Volume adjustment function to the touch sensor.

I do find the pairing process to be a little annoying. I also like having one earbud in at work which is fine for the right ear but the left ear doesn't seem to be able to play without the right. This isn't a huge deal for me and definitely not for most people since the Ambient Sound mode is really good and allows for clear speech.

Noise cancelling and ambience sound is amazing. The feature to automatically switch to your preferred setting is great, but it requires you to have your location always on, which drains my battery on my phone. The microphone unfortunately is not good, muffled and not clear. No idea why Sony would miss out on this.

Your feedback with the Adaptive Sound Control function is truly appreciated.
For the microphone, if you're having an issue while on call, please ensure that you have the latest software installed. The firmware update improves the functionality and features of the headphones. It also provides fixes to any performance issues that you are encountering. The software version can be updated using the Headphones Connect App. In addition, restarting or Initializing the headphones are also a recommendation.
