Honestly it took me a couple weeks to get used to them but there are so many features packed in these bad boys you can't deny how great they are. The fit plagued me for a couple weeks until I finally settled on the smalls which don't totally plug my ears but they do it about 90% good and it provides the best mix of comfort and performance. I feel like my ears fall into a small-medium as the medium do give me bad ear fatigue. So overall the only negatives I would give it is you need 1-2 weeks to get use to the ear tips and I would like to see maybe 5 sizes instead of 3. I would also like to see the tips be a little more durable, I do already see a small rip in one of my small ear tips.

I set the EQ to give it more high end and they sound fantastic with the silicone tips I ordered on Amazon. Giving it four stars due to the horrible ear tips.

Great sound but poor material selection

Unfortunately, due to the material of the actual ear buds, they're difficult to position in the ear and do not stay in place. Sony opted not to use silicone, which I believe do a better job of staying secure once placed.

Multi-point connections would be nice, but it may be a limitation of BT 5.2 and ability to use either bud individually. I would like it if the app would let me define what 1-tap, 2-taps, 3-taps, and long press do on each ear bud like the Jabra app does with their Elite 85t ear buds.

The noise cancelling is perfect with options to turn off the noise cancelling. Beautiful bass on the earphones and if you’re using TIDAL there’s many adjustments to the equalizers. 10/10

Initially disappointed with noise cancelling until I figured out I needed the large foam ear pieces. (Stays put in the ear, too.) Mid- and high-range sound is crystal clear, you’ll hear things you thought were buried in the mix. I’d give 5 stars for longer battery life, though the little charger case helps a lot.

Top of the line ANC true wireless earbuds!

Through Sony's app, you can adjust the equalizer to your liking and select touch control options. There are multiple options for touch control presets, but only 2 of them can be in use at once (one touch control preset per earbud). The ambient sound mode is respectable, but there is an odd dampening effect on your own voice that you don't get on for instance, the AirPods Pro. They offer nice 360 spatial audio, but not headtracking. Overall these are some of (if not) the best true wireless ANC in-ear headphones.

While these had fantastic sound quality, the Bose ear buds ultimately won due to thier better noise cancelling. I did have some minor conectivity issues with these as well. If you want best sound, these cant be beat. If you want better overall noise cancelling, go with the bose.

The earbuds decided once the warranty was over that the lithium battery inside would expand. This caused the headphones to seperate. One thing though is when they worked the sound was great. Im just not a fan of them breaking.

They hurt my little ears!

I have small ears and use the small sized foam tips but they still hurt. I have been "breaking" in my ears the past few weeks to try to keep these buds but i only have 2 weeks to return them. If they keep hurting, I'm going to have to return them.....

Great but delicate

Had them 90 days and both headphones did not work at all, be sure to get the geek squad warranty! Definitely don't sleep with them in. I'm using LDAC Bluetooth connection with apple music lossless quality and it is pretty amazing.
