Really bad bluetooth not even 15 feet without going to static. Returned them fast as i could. Sucks because the sound was amazing. Bad bugs in the app and touch buttons.

Build is good..but the foam tips are not the biz! Sure, they seal up great.. but they start to hurt the ear holes.. and leave them irritated and itchy! Sure, I could have switch the ear tips out with another brand of tips..but why do I have to?? Again, they sound great. But I ended up returning them.

As a suggestion, To ensure a comfortable fit, twist the headset unit to fit it snugly into the ear canal, and adjust the positioning of the headset unit until it fits comfortably. Sound OK but terrible Bluetooth capability

So If i want to listen on my Mac, I must go to my iPhone and tell it to forget about this device and then come to my Mac and start pairing. And with every thing else this seemed to be impossible to get used to.

The right one's battery was faulty and used too much juice and left one stopped working after 3 years. Exchanged them before my replacement warranty expired. They stopped making these and upgraded to a new model

Music at her gym is extremely loud usually and she had a hard time enjoying her own music with her old airpods (2nd gen) which also didn’t feel securely fit because she has small ears. The noice cancellation of the XM4 is amazing; you actually can’t hear a thing. Also the small ear tip works great for her ear size not feeling uncomfortable nor falling off when she works out. The equalizer is a great feature to improve what and how you listen to certain genres. Great compatibility with iphone and got them for a good price in black friday deals

Took me a while to get use to the speak to chat but I found that putting the delay on standard which is 15sec made the feature more useful. They are very comfortable in my ear, something that I was worried about but turned out to be no problem. The foam ear tips are the best I have ever tried. The only down side is they need to let you customize the functions on each bud your self. You can customize them but the functions are grouped together so the only thing you can do is move one group of function to the left or right bud. I just want to be able to put each individual function on what are ever bud I please. Other than that they sound great and are great if you work in a busy environment.

And the worst part is that you can't use each bud independently. Only the right earbud will work on its own. Other then that great sounds

Both offered great fit but, dropped the ball on sound. The WF-1000XM3 model offered much better sound at the expense of fit. Disappointed in these. I returned them.

Can't get much better than this

So obviously this will provide far better audio than both. I wasn't in the market for new buds until summer hit and I needed to mow and I didn't want over-the-ear headphones in the heat. Very glad I purchased them. They have better active noise cancellation than my over-the-ear Waze headphones. If anything they are too good. (You can adjust how much noise gets through in ambient mode) The application, at least on Android is fantastic. You can tune the audio to suit your preferences. Something that not all wireless apps allow you to do. For the price my expectations were high. Once I tried them and found the correct fit in my ear... They were worth every penny. Love em.
