    If you can get this on sale, it is really hard to beat anything similar. Got mine for about half off, and nothing in that price range is close.

    - Sound quality is lame. -Battery is long lasting with moderate use. - Within a week of getting them the volume on the right earbud decreased. - Cuts in and out frequently. - “Ambient Mode” is just the noise cancelling turning off. Luckily I only needed these headphones to listen to podcasts at work so the lack of quality isn't TOO much of a let down but I wouldn't waste another 50 on these.

      It seems you are experiencing multiple issues with your WF-C510 earbuds. Let's address each one:
      Sound quality: One step to improve the sound quality is to change the sound quality mode to "Prioritize Stable Connection" via the Sony | Sound Connect app.

      Volume Decrease in Right Earbud: If the volume of the right earbud decreased within a week of use, you should try resetting and initializing the earbuds.

      Frequent Disconnection: Bluetooth communication can be affected by interference from other devices or crowded places. Here are a few steps you can try:
      Move the earbuds and the playback device closer.
      Stop the Bluetooth connection to any device other than the earbuds.
      Close all apps except the one you are currently using.
      Reset both the earbuds and the playback device.

    Great value at a fair price! The only con I can think of is the fact that these earbuds don't pause your media when you take them out of your ears. All that aside, this is a quality earpiece.

    Great noise cancelling and sound quality for the low price! Comfortable silicone buds and small physical buds, they have an app that you can customize everything on.

    Bought these for vacation to wear in the pool. While they work for that (with limited range), i was disappointed that they did not include wireless charging. And to make matters worse they didn’t even come with a charging cable. In hindsight i would have paid and additional $20 and purchased the JBL waterproof option.

    too big and bulky. dont stay in my ear when bending over. no background noise block or locate if lost app. great sound for conversations

      We're sorry to hear that our WF-C510 Truly Wireless Earbuds did not fit your ears well. These earbuds do not include the active noise-canceling and some of the more advanced features of our premium earbuds but have a more standard feature set with the addition easy button operation and they do block out a decent amount of noise. If the size of the earbud tips does not match the size of your ear canals or the headset is not worn properly in your ears, you may not obtain the correct sound qualities or call performance.

      To ensure optimal performance, as well as to obtain the best fit and prevent the headset from falling out, change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The size of the left and right earbud tips may be different. Check that you are wearing the headset properly in your ears. Wear the headset so that the earbud tip is comfortably situated as deep in the ear canal as possible.
