And unlike the WF-C500, WF-C510 earbuds don't seem to charge automatically when put in the case, and they don't tell you whether the battery is fully charged. Sony is usually dependable, but in this case the product got worse. Maybe they are cutting corners.

Thank you for your time writing this review. We're glad that you appreciate most of the features of your WF-C510. Having read your review regarding the capability to pair with multiple devices at the same time, the headset can be paired with multiple devices, but can only play music from 1 paired device at a time. These earbuds also do not include the active noise canceling and some of the more advanced features of our premium earbuds but have a more standard feature set with the addition easy button operation and they do block out a decent amount of noise.
