I just have a problem getting ear buds to fit comfortably. I am REALLY picky in that area, and have never found a set that I actually find that I want to wear them for any length of time. This is a problem I have, and not a bad design of the Sony WFC510 earbuds themselves. They are compact, easy to use and connect quickly to my phone, a 2024 Moto Stylus 5G. I have to wear ear pieces for one of my jobs and find them very uncomfortable. I just can't seem to find a good fit for my ear canals. These do get really close and I find them almost there for my strange ear shape! I'm going to keep working with these because they are almost there! Maybe I can get myself trained to like them! I like that they come with several sets of ear pieces, allowing the user to adjust for each ear and find the fit that is right for them. They fit pretty well in the ear itself and don't stick out to snag on things. I think they will stay in even with moderate activity, but there are other options for any heavy work or athletic use. Most users will find them very comfortable and the sound is really good. I have a very old set of Sony headphones that I use for comparing just about any audio devices against and these get very close to matching the quality of sound. I would definitely be able to recommend these to anyone looking for a good set of ear buds with a great little charging case.

Sporting a smaller and more compact design verses previous generations, the WF-C510 are all about comfort. The WF-C510 are Sony’s smallest ever closed type so even those with smaller ears can achieve a more stable fit. The WF-C510 headphones combine a shape that perfectly matches the human ear with an ergonomic surface design for a more stable fit. If the size of the earbud tips does not match the size of your ear canals or the headset is not properly worn on your ears, you may not obtain proper sound qualities, noise canceling effects, or call performances. If you feel earbud tips are difficult to put into your ears, change the size of earbud tips and wear the headset so that the earbud tip is comfortably situated as deep in the ear canal as possible. However, there is no wireless charging option. They are compatible with the Sony Sound Connect app, which I highly recommend for creating a custom EQ to match your personal listening preferences. Each earbud features a clickable button that allows you to play or pause music, or even set a preferred Spotify playlist to start playing with a single touch. Pretty easy and intuitive to setup and use (a quick learn online for the button taps on each ear was very easy). Connected and used them on my desktop computer, iPhone, and iPad. Listening to music and videos was very clear and rich to my ears. Very comfortable to wear and blocked out external sounds pretty well. For me unfortunately, I thought they were not so good when talking on the phone or in Teams and FaceTime calls. The mic just didn’t pickup all that well compared to AirPods and Galaxy buds from my usage. For that, I’ll have to drop by a star. Fair price and good for just audio. If listening will be your main usage, these ear buds are a nice option.

The app does a good job with its hearing test as well as some nice presets. The bass slider makes it easy to fine tune things. Really light and comfortable with a good microphone. No Anc but ANC works well for running or walking after work for me.
