I purchased a different pair and wasn't happy with them, so I exchanged them for these ones and had excellent customer service. I definitely recommend them. I prefer these ones because there are not noise cancelling so I can stay somewhat aware of my surroundings.

For optimum performance, make sure that the software version of the headphones is up-to-date (via the Sony Sound Connect app). When using the touch controls, make sure to press the earbuds properly. The microphone is very inconsistent, and connecting to your phone really creates a terrible lag. Also, it seems to stay connected to your phone when using Google Gemini, but the sound quality dips, and the phone show that your media is playing through your phone speakers- not the headphones. If it wasn't for the price, it'd be a lower rating.
