Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.- Sound quality is lame. -Battery is long lasting with moderate use. - Within a week of getting them the volume on the right earbud decreased. - Cuts in and out frequently. - “Ambient Mode” is just the noise cancelling turning off. Luckily I only needed these headphones to listen to podcasts at work so the lack of quality isn't TOO much of a let down but I wouldn't waste another 50 on these.

It seems you are experiencing multiple issues with your WF-C510 earbuds. Let's address each one:
Sound quality: One step to improve the sound quality is to change the sound quality mode to "Prioritize Stable Connection" via the Sony | Sound Connect app.
Volume Decrease in Right Earbud: If the volume of the right earbud decreased within a week of use, you should try resetting and initializing the earbuds.

Frequent Disconnection: Bluetooth communication can be affected by interference from other devices or crowded places. Here are a few steps you can try:
Move the earbuds and the playback device closer.
Stop the Bluetooth connection to any device other than the earbuds.
Close all apps except the one you are currently using.
Reset both the earbuds and the playback device.

The only con I can think of is the fact that these earbuds don't pause your media when you take them out of your ears. All that aside, this is a quality earpiece.
