I had earwax and took it out but since my ears are naturally oily and sweaty, the earbuds fall out. I would also prefer if there was an even smaller size for the earbuds.

For optimum performance, make sure that the software version of the headphones is up-to-date (via the Sony Sound Connect app). When using the touch controls, make sure to press the earbuds properly.
