Tested the Sony Wireless Earbuds. The color I received was white. Please take a look at the picture.
It comes with a case to place them in and the earbuds fit comfortably on the ear. What I like is that the battery lasts for me for up to 11 hours. I downloaded the app and the earbuds connected easily. Had not issues with pairing. Your able to pair with multiple devices. The sound quality was amazing. No need to be concerned regarding your ear size, it comes with different ear size covers. Select the size that your comfortable with wearing. The sound quality was nice and the microphone when speaking to others comes in very clear. When people were calling me and when I made calls out, they could hear me good.
Pros:
* Has A Comfort fit
* 11 hour usage time
* The Charge time is quick
* The Case is USB-C
* Can connect to multiple devices at the same time
* Customization in Sound Connect is great
* Microphone quality is clear
* Comes with different ear cover sizes
* Sound quality is great
Cons: Currently no Cons.

Very good sound quality as I expect from Sony. I am surprise even without active noise cancelling, it mutes the ambient noise excellently. The bass is strong but not overwhelming. The mid and high are very accurate, clear and crisp. It does have Ambient mode where it amplifies the surrounding sound coming from the mic to the ear bud’s driver/speaker.
The product comes with the earbuds, a charging case, two extra set of ear tips of size small and large and a reference guide. The already installed ear tips are of size medium. It does not come with a usb-c cable.
The reference guide is just three images and a QR code. Scanning the QR code with your phone will open a web page titled Quick Start Guide. The page has a link to the mobile app that must be used to setup and connect to the ear buds.
The refence guide says to download the Sony Headphones Connect app but the quick start guide on the web page says to download the Sound Connect app which is the new name for the app.
The quick start guide web page shows three steps, step one, remove the ear buds from the case and wear it by inserting and twisting anti-clockwise so it goes deep inside the ear canal, this is important else it won't sound good.
Step two, download the app, run it and follow the instruction on the app to connect the ear buds to your phone. Step three is about how to operate the ear buds such as press once on the left ear piece to turn the Ambient sound mode on or off. The Quick Start Guide operating instruction is accurate. I tested all and they all work correctly but it does have about one second delay, example, press once to start stop a music track, it will delay about one second before the command is executed.
Note the app will try to sell you the 360 Reality Audio by playing a clip of music to show you how it will make music sound better and immersive. It does sound very good and make it feels like you are in a wide sound stage. The normal clip it used as an example, I felt they purposedly make it sound awful and stuffy. Don't fall for it, listen to your own music before you decide, this ear buds does sound very good without the 360 Reality Audio add on. So minus one star.
The case is of rectangular shape, pretty compact measuring 2.7 inch long by 0.95 inch wide by 1.1 inch height. It is a good size except I feel it is a bit too tall.
I am happy with this ear buds as it is of very good value.
Awesome, Jason! Thank you for the feedback and we are delighted to hear that you are enjoying the incredible sound quality of your WF-C510 and that it delivers a clear mid and high range. These do not include the active noise-canceling and some of the more advanced features of our premium earbuds but have a more standard feature set with the addition easy button operation and they do block out a decent amount of noise. Charging cable sold separately. Thank you for choosing Sony! -Jess

These ear buds were very light, small, and a cool color. They also blocked out most of the outside noise with their strong seal. However, it is this seal that caused some problems. Like most of Sony's wired earbud offerings, the ear tips seem to cause a lot of noise where you can hear the "thump! thump!" of your own foot steps and sometimes even your own pulse when working out. Some other brands don't seem to have as much of this problem. To make matters worse, the seal on these was so strong I even felt a little "pop" like when you change elevations as I was removing these. Wearing them too long alos caused a little dizziness which is weird because I never have vertigo. I switched back to my other pair by another brand and I did not experience any of these problems. (I did try sizing down the ear tips once but this just caused the already tiny buds to slip out of my ear.) I hope if Sony release these in the future, they address what appears to be the ear tips so that there is less "noise" when walking and the seal is not so tight. Maybe a more breathable material is needed. I really really wanted to keep these because they were the perfect size and actually had great sound quality! I was surprised. I also really love Sony products. I even tried the CF 710? And those had less of the thump problem and "suction" in the ear tips. SO if you must have Sony and have the extra budget, give those a try!

These earbuds are the "in your ear" type of headphones. This means that for them to work well, you have to put them deep in your ear so that they create the surround sound and bass that is intended for them. The app includes an equalizer and also a 360° spatial Sound mode where it feels like you're listening to the sounds from your brain or your head. It also feels like you are in a concert or that stuff is happening around you. There is a marked difference between the sound that you get with and without the 360° sound. I was very impressed by its quality. The equalizer modes really do distinguish between the highs, lows, mids and bass.
I like the carrying/charging case as well. It is small but very practical, cool in the app. You are also able to see the charge level of each ear. The reasons that I am giving it 4 stars and not 5 is because when I put it into my ear, after a while, I do feel the headphone push against the back side of my ear opening, which made it a little bit uncomfortable.
The second reason is that the app 360 degree sound requests a photo of your ear to do a personalized sound profile, which i found a little funny. I only tested the sample 360 degree sounds.
That said, I would definitely favor these headphones to do things like exercising, jogging, and perhaps even using them on a plane ride when wanting to save space. These are not noise-canceling but when you are listening to music and they are deep in your ear, they do a very good job at blocking out noise.
These earphones have a pass through mode that allows you to listen to the outside well and this is a very handy feature because it saves you from having to take them off when you want to listen to your environment. Overall, I do like them a lot and would just recommend Sony make them a little more ergonomic, or in this case "EARgonomic" :)
We're glad that you like most of the features and feel immersed in sound all around you, as if you were at a live concert or with the artist recording in a studio. With 360 Reality Audio, music has never been so immersive and so real. Your feedback regarding the fit is greatly appreciated. The WF-C510 comes with different sizes of hybrid silicone rubber earbud tips to suit different ear shapes. As a suggestion, to reduce discomfort while wearing the headset, change the earbud tips to another size to comfortably and snugly fit your left and right ears. The size of the left and right fitting supporters may be different.
With 360 Reality Audio certified headphones and the Sony Sound Connect app, optimize your experience by analyzing your individual ear shape, and enjoy the ultimate immersive music experience. Thank you for so much for choosing Sony! -Jess

I have the WFC510's in a baby blue which is a nice change to white or black as most earbuds. Time will tell how dirty they show. Not a fan of white headphones traditionally for that.
The buds come in a very compact case that looks very sleek (picture with anywhere mouse for reference) comes with a charge cord and a few size tips to swap depending on your ear size
Setup is incredibly easy, as soon as i pulled them out of of the case, a popup on my phone came on asking if i want to pair, selected yes and away we go. the Sound Connect app is pretty straight forward to use. you can view playtime, battery for each bud and case, adjust ambient settings
the battery is great on this. Especially if you turn ambient sound off. To test the battery life i put on a 10+ hour YouTube video and let it go.
After the first 8 hours, the buds were at 50%. i put them back in the case to get back to 100%. once they were recharged, (which didn't' take very long) the case was still at 70% remaining. after another 8 hours i was back down to about 50%. based on this and the fact that i could probably do this 2 more times with the case, i could likely get away charging this only once per week easily based on how much they'd get used at work or during activities.
My only complaint is the lack of ANC. There is only Ambient sound and nothing. However, when set to nothing, i can't hear much. They fit so well into my ear and make a tight seal that i can't hear much, so its close enough. For the price, can't really complain about that. i rarely use ANC with my other headphones anyways unless i'm on a plane or train

I have had these for a couple months now dropped them many times and they are still in great shape. They very comfy inside the ear and the noise cancellation is actually good. Keep in mind they were pretty cheap I would recommend to anyone especially if you like to work out these are great they don't fall out of you ear with extreme movements.

The Sony WFC510 are a great set of wireless earbuds. I like the mechanical button versus the soft touch that work only about 50% of the time for me.
Sound quality is fantastic as you would expect from Sony. These do have the 360 Audio certification, however, I couldn’t get it to work like my on-ear-headphones do. There are not a lot of apps that currently work with it, so it is a limited feature and does require a separate app to use.
The Sony SoundConnect app allows you to change settings and features of the earbuds. The only options for Ambient noise is On or Off, there is not an option to block out ambient noise, only let it through. The feature did sound natural not like you are hearing through a speaker like some other earbuds I have used do.
There is nothing about these earbuds that draws me to them or causes a pause for consideration. I don’t think you can go wrong with buying them as again the main feature…sound, is on point and delivers. Call quality was good and background noise was minimized for my callers.
Looking at the price bracket these fall in, they are definitely a top choice among the others. I’ve never had a Sony speaker that didn’t sound great and the WFC510’s carry on that expectation of quality.
I can definitely recommend them.
The blue color is a lot lighter, leaning towards more pastel/soft blue.

The Sony WFC510 Truly Wireless Earbuds are an excellent choice if you do not require noise canceling earbuds. They have a Ambient Sound option, which allows the sounds around you to be picked up through the earbuds to help you be more aware of your surroundings. They have an excellent sound out of the box, the Sony Sound connect app allows different audio options. I found the "Excited" preset to be the for me. The app also allows you to customize the earbud button presses as well. You also get enough battery life to last most of the day. They do work very well and are comfortable and lightweight. Overall the WF510's are a great deal, and I would definitely recommend them.
Awesome! We're happy to hear that you like the sound quality and smart features of the headphones. We appreciate the recommendation and thank you for choosing Sony!

I got the Sony WH-CH720N over-the-ear headphones some months ago to be my sole pair of Bluetooth headphones. The theory being that because of how harshly I judge people using over-the-ear headphones in public I’d either leave them at home or in my bag. But it wasn’t long before I was wearing them all over, just like those hundreds of people I’d silently judged over the years. One night I was walking home from the subway station and was almost hit by a box truck so I turned off the ability to use noise canceling within the app.
The Sound Connect app is a great selling point for any Sony headphones. Like all things Sony, the app is simple and well designed and gives you the ability to control the handful of features on your Sony headphones.
The headphones themselves sound great.
The Ambient Noise feature works very well. If, say, you’re out in public with one headphone in one ear, you can turn on Ambient Noise and noise from your environment will pass through and you can stay more aware of what’s happening around you.
These headphones also have better battery life than headphones of a similar price point.
I don’t know what more you could want from headphones of this category.
We're absolutely thrilled to hear you're loving your WF-C510 headphones! It's fantastic to know that their lightweight design, easy connection, and great price are all hitting the mark for you. We designed these headphones to be both comfortable for all-day listening and incredibly user-friendly, offering excellent sound and features at an accessible price point. Your feedback truly affirms our efforts, and we're so glad you feel you got a great value.
Thanks for choosing Sony. Have an amazing day! DiegoV

Connects to two devices but mediocre fit and sound

Sony WFC510 is a decent wireless earbuds at this price point but I think there are better alternatives available.
One huge positive is that it connects to two devices and the connectivity from one device to another is seamless. The sound comes through clear enough on my iPhone and laptop (works well on Teams and RingCentral calls) but I noticed that the audio is sometimes flat or muffled - it's difficult to articulate but something is a bit off.
Also, the fit is not as comfortable as the other earbuds I've had. I tried all three different sizes of silicon tip for each ear, but none of them were the right fit (felt like Goldilocks!) I settled for the size M (originally equipped on the earbuds) but they fall out of my ears from time to time.
I received the color yellow but that wouldn't been my first pick. I don't know why Sony bothered with these lighter/pastel color choices. I prefer all of my earbuds to be black, so the wear and tear wouldn't be visible.
I gave four stars but most of it was for the two device connectivity, otherwise, it's more like three stars. One suggestion for Best Buy - please show all of the color options from each product page, instead of having to do a separate search for each color.
While we're delighted you like the multipoint connection feature, we regret to know that you are having discomfort while wearing the headset. We provide an assortment of earbuds in various sizes to ensure there is a great fit for all ear sizes. If the earbud tips tend to come off or you feel that there is insufficient low frequency sound and a difference in volume between the left and right units, change the earbud tips to another size to comfortably and snugly fit your left and right ears. Please refer to the link below on how to change the earbuds and how to wear the headphones on your ears.
If you feel like you are missing some bass or your music missing a bit of oomph, the Sony Sound Connect app packs numerous audio presets curated by sound experts. Not everyone finds them perfect, nor are they meant to be. You can find one that suits you the most and tweak it to your preferences. These earbuds are good quality, pretty comfortable for my smaller ears and conveniently small enough to fit in my jean pockets with my phone, wallet, and keys as well. I do get a headache when wearing them all day at work, but that’s probably just a personal issue and not anything to do with the earbuds themselves.
It makes us really happy to hear that you’re enjoying the quality and compact design of your WFC510 earbuds especially their comfortable fit for smaller ears and convenience when on the go. We appreciate you sharing your experience, including your honest feedback about wearing them for extended periods. Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your insights.

A Good Upgrade For Older BT Headphones

I wanted some wireless earbuds to replace my previous Sony Bluetooth Sport Headphones (MDR-XB****). I was a bit scepticale at first because most BT earbuds don't stay in my ears, but these fit great. Even with the heat and sweat, these stay in place and feel comfortable. You might have to give them a little turn to screw them in, but they're pretty solid. The sound quality is definetly an upgrade, and the noise cancelling features work well.
Thanks for sharing your experience with the Sony WFC510 wireless earbuds! We're thrilled that they exceeded your expectations and offered a comfortable fit during intense activities. It's also great that you appreciate the sound quality and noise cancellation, and find them to be a significant improvement over your previous headphones. Thank you for choosing Sony!

Pretty good, but there's other TWS buds for less

I've had too much experience when it comes to TWS buds and I have to say I'm a bit disappointed with Sony. Most of the time their buds are well above $100 and are usually not worth it since many other brands are cheaper and better. When it comes to these buds that are under $100, it feels like Sony cheaped out because they don't know how to make a budget efficient product without making major cuts to features and other things. Yes, they're small, yes they sound okay but it's the other cuts that I don't like. The biggest being the battery life. Yes, these last 11 hours, but only have 11 hours of battery reserve from the case. I have seen far too many companies that can do 8+ hours on the buds with 20-30 hours on the case. And if you look at the size of the case it's beyond obvious that they had the room to put a bigger battery. One rule I normally have when it comes to TWS buds is that the case at minimum needs to recharge the buds at least twice, or more. the industry standard at this point is usually 3+ recharges from the case, and Sony has other TWS buds that also have 2-3 charges from the case for their other products. So why does the cheapest have such minimal battery life? You're better off with a competitor or getting wired buds with a bluetooth DAC.

Bought as a backup for my AirPods Pro 2 whilst travelling - they’re a replacement for WF-1000XM4’s that stopped holding a charge.
Very impressed by the build quality and the sound produced - whilst no active noise cancellation, the fit is such that outside noise is blocked out pretty effectively. Good all around performance music wise.
Comfortable to wear and a good app setup experience, too. Considering you could buy 3 of these for the price of the AirPods Pro, very much a bargain.
