I've had these Headphones for nearly 2 years and they still hold up. The bass is just right and it holds up to the lows really well on songs that need it. The Ambient sound control works okay. I haven't used it much to really justify the use for it however I've been told its great for office settings.

These are simply the best headphones I’ve ever used. The noise cancellation is incredible. It blocks out way more than I thought it would. The sync up very nicely to your phone. There’s a dedicated app to help you get the best possible listening experience. There’s not much else to say; these things are great.

This is a great product. Comfortable and great sound.

I purchased these for my wife. She loves the noise canceling, this pair is much better than her last pair of Sony head phones. She ran a couple of miles at the gym the other day and said the headphones did move at all. Also during purchase a total of 5 different employees said they were the best headphones they have ever had.

These headphones sound great and the options that come with the app are cool. They charge via USBc which is a plus for me as an android user. The only negative is that they do not connect to multiple devices at a time. This is a smaller issue for me though as I am fine manually connecting to a different device when needed.

Received these as a gift. Great sound, very comfortable.

I've been looking for a set of wireless headphones for 2 years now. I've tried Beats, Bose, B&W, and a few others. They just didn't do it for me. These hit the spot! Perfect tone. Not muddy. No booming bass. The noise-cancelling feature is the best I have ever experienced. I'm satisfied for the next couple of years at the very least!

I had the WH-1000XM2s. They were fantastic! I used them on plane rides from Seattle to New York and loved them. The Quick Attention feature is great for quick interactions with people, like a flight attendant. On these, the Noise Canceling is definitely improved. I don't know if it's just me, but I feel the frequency response on these is not as wide and doesn't hit the lows and mids like the 2s did. A great overall product that I would highly recommend over a name-only brand like Bose.

Read the numerous reviews, these are the best sounding headphones for the money. Yes you can only be connected to one device at a time. Personally I do not find it a bother to disconnect before utilizing it on another device. If it will be for you, wait until late 2020 for the next generation.

these are so worth the price! you can't hear ANYTHING around you while using them. you can also customize the sound in the app. they're not totally meant for working out, but i've had no problem working out in them. i just always make sure to clean them afterwards so that there isn't any residue or bacteria buildup.

Bought these on sale - great value. I love them, but gave them to my wife who is traveling a lot for work now. She loves the clarity and noise-cancelling features. Also love the fact that you can easily switch to listening to ambient sounds for conversations, etc. and then back again with just a gesture.

I didn't think anyone could beat Bose at its own game, but these Sony headphones prove otherwise. They're even better than the QC35, and also add functionality that is missing from those like cupping your hand over one ear to hear what's being said around you on a flight, and pausing play, etc from the headphone itself.

I originally bought the Bose QII 35's, but returned them and purchased these.Better sound, and doesn't distort on deep base. App has way more functionality and they sound amazing. Only reason not 5 stars. The touch controls can be a little frustrating many times I have tried to fast forward or turn up volume and it doesn't respond, or thinks I pushed to stop.

Just recently picked up these new Sony's for an upcoming trip to Europe and to replace my Bose QC35's that I purchased from Best Buy in 2016. Wow . . . the sound is much better than my QC 35 and I loved that headphone. The reason I did not go with the QC 35II was because my current Bose headphones have developed this issue where they keep turning on by themselves, thus draining the battery. Back in 2016, I had looked at the 1st gen WH-1000XM, but didn't like the design much, nor the sound signature. Sony has obviously improved on the design, the sound is a lot better than I remember, and the noise cancelling also appears to be much better. They'll get the real test on my upcoming trip, but so far they're beating the Bose QC 35 hands-down. What I'm liking most of all is the Sony sound signature: good base, but not too "basey"; great mids and highs; great vocals. I'm not an audiophile, but all the reviews on how these sound (better) compared to the Bose are spot on! I'm very satisfied . . . only wish I had bought them a couple of weeks earlier when they were on sale for 50 bucks less!

This product has the best noise cancellation I have ever experienced! It’s just you and your music as it should be. The overall sound quality provided is great too. Although it is a bit pricey you are definitely paying for the premium quality of the product and if you have the money to spend then it’s worth it.

great sound and generally pleased till I found a little piece on the floor and realized it broke off the headphones. This should not happen to such an expensive set of headphones.

The sound is pretty great, the controls are obnoxious

Wow!! I wasn't sure if they could quiet my lawn mower, but they did and more. I've worn them while, mowing weed eating and all i hear is beautiful music. Phone calls crystal clear. On the right side a simple tap or finger movement and louder or quieter. Just great. Yes they cost almost 300 on sale, but WOW!!!
