Sound is really great, way better than I thought. This is my first pair of noise-cancelling headphones, what a dream. Airline flights (BC, when I used to be on an airplane) are much more enjoyable now and taking these off mid-flight is now very jarring. I'd get them again in a heartbeat.

These are the best headphones and best noise cancelling headphones I’ve had. If you fly on airplanes a lot, you need them. If you are a student or an artist or writer and want to isolate while being cordless and mobile not hearing anything you don’t want to, you need them.

These are the best headphones I've ever had. I almost never leave without them. The app is great, but I can't use the function of Google assistant on the button that is in the left ear which indicates I should be able to, so instead I hold down the mic button on the right side to use Google. However the performance is phenomenal!

I liked that these headphones covered my ears. The battery life seemed sufficient for my use and I had no problems with it. I think that the noise cancellation could have been better because as time went on, the noise cancellation didn't feel the same or consistent.

I am using these to reduce noise while on my lawn tractor mowing.. They reduce the noise ofthe mower to a very low level but still able to tell it is working correctly. It is a bonus that I now have music while doing this chore.. I bought them for an upcoming very long flight but will get much more use of them now.

The head phone is awesome. The first time I flew on a plane with them and turned them on I was speechless! Although I have not had a noise cancelling headphone in a few years so my impression has no comparison. The auto detect for ambient noise is not accurate so I end up turning that off. It is tricky to get the hang of the touch controls, it's very sensitive about what it registers as a double tap. Also had problems when I sleep leaning the right side of my head onto something as that would also trigger the controls.

I use these to study and the noise canceling are on another level, the music is every immersive. Being able to pick different levels of noise canceling comes in handy. I would suggest these headphones for anyone who has a lot of environmental noise and needs some silence to concentrate.

Sound quality is great and the noise cancellation is surprisingly effective. The headphones are very easy to get connected and set up as well, even without using the suggested app for control.

For many years I’ve had the Bose over the ear noise cancelling headphones and prior to that the Bowers and Wilkins all of those were great however after trying these on I would have to say that when it comes to ambient noise cancelling these may be a hair better than that of Bose in addition it has integration with Google.

I bought this as an upgrade to a beaten down BOOSE NC headset. Definitely, it is way better but the premium is way too high if there is not HD music player... A lower model probably would do the same thing. I had a coupon and it was on SALE. The price difference became negligible. I do not really like SW the application which is purely tested, I guess. The big names asking tons of money for their devices should hire better engineers to test the SW. Instead of fixing the bugs in the field.

Bought this for my husband for our anniversary. He loves it. He says it’s a little too tight On his ears But hopefully will loosen a little after multiple use. It cancels noise just perfectly. He has used it a couple of times on the plane and he loved it. Just cancelled out everything.

I can't say enough about these headphones. I live in a loud college town with three roommates, and these let me tune everybody out and focus no matter where I was. Unlike previous models I can block out almost all noise around 50% volume so I don't feel like I'm wrecking my ears anymore to get work done.

Excellent sound. Literally you are in your own world without outside noise. Noise cancelling is great. Just a low volume and you enjoy your music with noise free interruption. I do not recommend it if your are driving or walking on street, not with noise cancelling active.

This was my first set of "premium" headphones and I wouldn't hesitate to buy them again. Sound's truly Superior to other headphones I have had and noise cancellation is awesome. It muffles out doesn't cancel Voices but Consistent noises like Fans, lawnmowers, HVAC noises are nonexistent.

Excellent sound quality and even better noise cancellation. One note, I bought these to use as headphones but also to play video games on xbox one.. you will have to purchase a separate microphone that will plug into these headphones in order to talk to people as the in headphone microphone isnt compatible.

I'm hit and miss on Sony products; either they're great, or I wonder what on earth they were thinking. They hit it out of the park on this one. Excellent Bluetooth range, very good sound and noise canceling, and even the built in mic sounds great on phone calls. Well worth the money!

I used to be a Bose and/or Beats by Dre headphone customer, but am now definitely a Sony fan. Great noise cancelling capability and the overall sound is great. Would highly recommend these headphones if you’re looking for noise-canceling over-the-ear headphones and don’t mind spending a little money.

It has been literal years since I've had noise cancelling headphones, and never ones as effective as these. It took some adjusting--especially when taking them off after wearing/using them for a while--but I have absolutely fallen in love with them, and I'm so glad that I splurged on them.

These headphones have been through it all! I use these when I mow the lawn, and I'm connected to my iPhone. Or when it's late at night and I want to watch a video on my laptop. It easily connects to different devices, and the sound quality is top-notch. Fantastic device!
