I needed new headphones for the gym and had been eyeing these I know Sony DOESNT COVER SWEAT as far as warranty but Best Buy does so BUY THE WARRANY the noise cancellation has helped so much I can finally be in my zone while lifting and don’t hear all the noise in the background

Had a well known competitor’s phones for over ten years. When it came time to replace them I studied a lot of professional reviews and settled on the Sony’s. I was blown away with the improved fidelity, base, and noise cancellation, If you get these you won’t be sorry.

I travel by air several time per month. I’ve been able to use my Sony’s wirelessly with my iPad and IPhone, or wired into the airline entertainment system. I’m amazed at how much ambient noise gets cut out, allowing for a much clearer listening experience!

They have amazing sound quality, let’s me get lost in the music during my workouts. Superb nose canceling Only negative is they are not seamless with Siri…

Just product distinguishes itself from bose. Unique features where you can tap in various ways to either play, fast forward, reverse, louder, or decrease volume. Setting up can be annoying but once you set up it should work just fine

Perf headphones one caveat is that it can't block out train noise as well as my previous headphones can. Other then that, sounds quality is top notch, touch sensor to move ahead with next song great. Adaptive sound flawless, adjusts to nosee conditions around you.

I am a professional musician mixing and mastering pro. This head phones have a high fidelity crystal sound. I pick this out after 5 top headphones. You could adjust the eq with their free app. That was a plus for me. I use them for my work outs

I'd never owned a pair of noise canceling headphones before and now I could never be without these. I wear them on my daily commute to the office and also while I edit videos. Zero distractions. I've been told they preform even better on airplanes. 10/10 would recommend.

These headphones are a solid pair of wireless/wired ANC headphones. I enjoy that they charge via USB type-C and that I don't have to use them wirelessly. The sound they output can be overwhelming at times, but I would rather have to turn them down than be unable to turn the sound up loud enough. The active noise cancellation is very solid. I do not regret this purchase and plan to use these for a very long time

I've used Bose QuietComfort II which is considered to be the best noise cancelling wireless headset on the market. Yes, it is good. But after I got the SONY one, I will say it is even better than the Bose one. More stylish looking, better sound quality, better noise cancellation.

These headphones are excellent if you are only interested in audio quality listening to music. The noise cancellation on an airplane is fantastic and the music really shines. Unfortunately, if you need to use these headphones to take a phone call, you will be sadly disappointed. You will sound very muffled to the caller. Sony has an excellent audio headphone with noise cancellation and the latest HiFi bluetooth codecs. Unfortunately the phone call microphone quality is a joke. Google that if you think this is a one off situation. It is a very commonly reported issue with apparently no fix from Sony. For me, I mainly use the headphone for my music, but it is still annoying to get a phone call and have to switch off the headphone's bluetooth, take off the headphones, and take the call over the cell phone so that the caller can understand me. Sadly, since I mainly use these for my music, I did not even know I had a problem until after my Best Buy return/exchange period had expired. Now I cannot return them. Bottom line, you will be happy if you only use these to listen to music. You will hate them if you need to use them for cell phone calls too. Due to the cost of these headphones and the simple fact that mic quality is not rocket science, I cannot recommend them.

I have an older version of this and it’s nice, but the improvements to this one are awesome. The weight is excellent, I wore it all evening watching a couple of movies and was really impressed. I would recommend this. Replaced my Bose too, and gave it to my grandson.

Good headset with good sounds but not blown away. The noise cancelling is good. The only real application I have for these is travel. That said, airplanes are usually pretty warm, especially prior to startup and pushback. These headphones are hot. They cover and seal on your face and it gets warm in there. The covered area is usually sweaty. They don’t cool off until the plane reaches altitude the aircraft temperature stabilizes.

Absolutely love these headphones, I’ve had them for a little over a year now and they are by far one of my favorite purchases. Super comfortable and GREAT sound quality. I love the apps ability to change your listening experience.

I waited for these to go on sale. I am so impressed with the sound quality, noise cancellation, and having an app to customize things specifically for you is excellent!

These were purchased to go on a trip to Rome. I wanted a good noise canceling headphone. They are by far the best I found when comparing them to the others at best buy. They are very good sounding headphones and are on par with my $1000 Grado phones. Highly recommended!!!

If you don't mind the feeling of being cut off from the rest of the world in an audio sense, then these are perfect for you. They're also very intuitive when it comes to knowing when to shut out music and listen to conversations. Really loved these.

When I tried these on in the Best Buy store, they were the most comfortable compared to Bose and Beats. I bought them and brought them to the gym to wear while working out. While running on the treadmill, the ear cushions were making loud, awkward, squishing sounds that significantly detracted from my listening experience. This sound was even noticeable while lightly walking through the gym between workouts. Also, when I reached up to adjust them to sit more comfortably on my ears, the song would pause or skip to the next track due to the controls on the side of the headphones. I’d personally rather just not have this feature. These headphones would be amazing for someone who plans on using them while not moving around at all. The sound quality and noise cancelling is actually very fantastic. Maybe if one frequently traveled by airplane or train where you are very stationary. Please don’t buy if you plan on using them while running or even walking.

I have purchased a lot in ear and over the ear headphone but it's always end up with Sony for the sound and comfort. Noise Cancelling is a must now a day.

I really like these headphones. They sound great and the noise canceling is impressive. I used them on a plane and they saved me from having to hear a baby crying that was seated directly in front of me. My only complaint is that I can feel pressure in my ears when the noise canceling is engaged. This is my first set of headphones that has had this feature so maybe it’s a normal byproduct, but it does start to become annoying at times.
