These have a high price tag, but if being able to enjoy your music/movie/media is of importance to you in loud places, you will love these. USB C charging which is awesome as well. Only complaint is that it takes longer than it should to jump from device to device with these.

All the reviews I read about this product on CNET and from other audio experts were dead on. These are best noise canceling wireless over the earphone in this price range. They will not disappoint. And Best Buy's customer service was great.

Absolutely love these headphones. Wore these non stop from Amsterdam to Salt Lake City (about 11 hours) and had no discomfort what so ever. The noise canceling is state of the art. They can get super loud. And great highs and lows. If you have the money I 100% recommend.

Noise cancellation is the best, slightly heavier than Bose 35 II not as comfortable as Bose for long hours but not as difficult to keep on your ears like beats! Slightly bigger ear cups than Bose Better sound quality than Bose and very similar to beats

Only downside is charging cable so short! Also you think they would have a charging port built into case where headphones are stored, so when charging they do not have to be out of the case where they could get damaged, scratched up whatever, since they say you should not use while charging! No thought in package for storage of headphones. Great sounding, and noise cancelling. Better than the competitors. Just cheap on charging and case

These headphones are the best that money can buy. I'll admit I was on the fence for months on these nut I wish I had made the jump earlier. The ANC is world class and I enjoy it immensely. Highly recommend you get a pair! You will not be sorry.

Best noise canceling headphones ever. I tried both he Bose QC 35 II and the Sony and hands down Sony takes the award. Having taken 7-8 flight, bunch of long hauls as well - this headphones is holding up as day one. I would highly recommend this. The app is amazing as well.

Yeah these things are awesome. Sound is crisp and clear. ANC is crazy. You really cannot hear much of the outside world when you pump the ANC to the max. App is a little clunky but it serves it purpose. Would recommend to a friend in a heartbeat.

I absolutely love these headphones. Traveling, home listening, doesn't matter, the quality is incredible and I love the features they pack into this thing. The app could be better, but that's separate from the actual headphones themselves, which sound incredible.

Great headphones with impressive noise cancellation. Microphone could be better quality, there's a noticeable difference in audio quality when the microphone is engaged. There is a problem in that this headset cannot connect with more than 1 device at a time. If that's needed, the newer XM4 headset solves that problem. No audio latency when watching videos with this model.

Bought these for a flight between Dallas and Las Vegas. Not only did it block out the airplane noise but the lady behind me who talked loudly throughout the whole flight. I also liked the feature of covering the right ear to allow outside noise in to hear the pilot.

My Bose headset died so i bought another Bose QC35 wireless noise cancelling headset. It was so bad, the Bluetooth kept skipping all the time and apparently is a widely known problem after i googled it. So i returned and bought the Sony 1000xm3 and so far its really good, no skips, sounds great, excellent noise cancelling. They are not as comfortable as the Bose though, so I had to knock off 1 star for that.

These Sony headphones are the best and the noise cancellation is second to none. I have Beats and these Sony’s are better than Beats and at the same price. You will be happy if you purchase the Sony’s.

Easy to use and pretty effective noise reduction. Not used for music but it sounded pretty good when I tried it out. If you need noise canceling it’s worth giving it a try. Can’t say it saved our marriage during WFH but it certainly helped.

I am hearing impaired and have a cochlear implant. Even though these are expensive, I bought them because they comfortably fit over my processor so that I can listen to music thought my unaided ear and my implant. I tried every pair of over the ear headphones I could find and the Sony's worked the best. I've noticed you can find the Bose QC's for less than the Sony's now, so one star off for value, otherwise very happy with purchase.

Sony has really knocked it out of the park with these headphones, I’ve been using these for one week now and have nothing but great things to say! I’ve owned quite a few pair of headphones and I can comfortably say that these have quickly become my favorite and probably the best sounding headphones I’ve ever used. Not only is the sound on-point but they are also loaded with high-tech features like touch controls, noise cancellation with ambient mode and Adaptive Sound Control, and so much more. For me, the size and weight are perfect. I’ve gone almost the entire week wearing these in my office while working, for hours at a time, without needing to adjust the positioning at all. They are more ergonomically designed with a slimmer, more comfortable profile that doesn’t put pressure on your ears or the headband. The headphones are very soft and lightweight and the cups completely cover my ears without resting on my ears. The sound is perfect, probably the best I’ve ever heard, and fully customizable through the Headphones app. The app allows you to adjust the equalizer and surround sound settings with a wide range of preset options for each as well as individual customization. You can also control the Adaptive sound Control, Noise Canceling Optimizer, Sound Position Control, Sound Quality Mode, DSEE HX, Power settings and more. Did I say these headphones are hi-tech? Because they are! The noise cancelling works amazingly well. While wearing these at my desk at work I cannot hear my co-workers or any typing, fans or any of the normal sounds of my office. Nothing but quite and my music, it’s a really cool experience the first time you hear it. If I do need to listen to something for a quick moment I can just place my hand over the right cup and instantly the volume lowers and noise cancelling turns off, it’s awesome and works very well. As soon as you remove your hand the volume and noise cancelling return to their previous settings. There is also an option to turn noise cancelling off as well as to let only voices and alert signals through. Sony advertises that these have a 30 hour battery life and they deliver on that promise. Not only do they last a super long time, they will also give you up to 5 hours of playback from a single 10 minute charge. Voice calling and the Google assistant work perfectly on these, everything is clear and sounds great! The headphones come with a really nice hard-shell carry case that has a netted pouch on the outside for additional storage of something small. Because of the low profile headphones, and the innovative way that they fold down into the case, the case isn’t too big and fits nicely in my bag. The Sony WH-1000X M3 headphones are amazing and I highly recommend them to anyone who has the money to invest in a quality pair of headphones, loaded with hi-tech features that will last you many years! You will not be dissapointed.

Perfect if you fly a lot and for long distances. Noise cancelling protects your ears from this constant airplane-cabin buzz. Still trying to figure out what I can listen to wireless and when I need the cable. For example, I compose music on Sibelius software and I am pretty sure I cannot listen with these headphones unless I plug their cable in my MacBook. If I am wrong, correct me..

Best headset I’ve ever owned. If anything it had too many features but the sound quality and noise canceling is nothing short of amazing. Love this headset!

Noise canceling function and microphone to connect to calls is excellent. Cannot hear the background noise when working from home or in the office. Cuts out the background noise when you’re on a call so you can hear what you’re saying. Excellent!
