Much needed additions have been made; no longer must you be connected to Bluetooth to keep the noise canceling features turned on. Can set auto power down time. Great sound is also a given.

Improved noise cancelling, a more comfortable headband, and very good sound to boot. The phone app is great for customized listening as well.

My only complaint would be that your ears can start to get warm after a while, but otherwise they are very comfortable. Would recommend over Beats or Bose.

When I take them off I hear all different sounds I would normally not notice. It is really helpful when you are trying to focus on your work or if you are traveling. Price is worth it!

The difference on a plane, especially the smaller ones is ridiculous. If you fly often or even occasionally and can afford them, then you are being foolish to not get a pair.
