Love the earphones, but set up too hard

They don't crush my ears like headphones I've had in the past. However, I'm not understanding the instructions on how to set them up. I didn't know when I bought them that so much had to be done to activate the noise canceling feature, and that's the best part of these headphones.

Every time I take them off I am amazed at how noisy it is out there. Sound quality when playing music is also great. I've tried it a few times for calls so far and no issues to date.

I feel as though I am all by myself when I’m in a room full of people. Just trying to focus as an artist is hard enough.

He finds them to have a comfortable fit and to do an excellent job of canceling ambient noise, The single issue was downloading the Sony app to his cell phone. The app cannot be downloaded to an iPhone 5C.

The noise cancelling is excellent. It's also nice to just put my hand up to one of them and be able to hear a conversation when needed. Pairing was super easy as well. They are AWESOME!

Better than Bose and way better than Beats studio 3 wireless. Plus the app allows equalizer customization is unbeatable. Sony has out done themselves. Highly recommended.

Lots of customized options to choose from the Sony app it tells you to use. Very well noise cancelling for noisy environments and plane rides.

Super easy to pair with my phone through NFC tap, the sound is great (esp 360 but very few albums are available) and the Active Noise Cancelling is impressive. My one big complaint is that the ANC toggle button gets replaced with the Google Assistant / SIri so the only way to turn ANC off or on is to open the app on your phone.

Perfect on my recent flight. I had the ear bud Sony style noise cancelling and it didn't work well. These over the ear headphones knock out 90% of background noise. Don't hesitate to buy these!!
