They were turning off automatically because i had the setting wrong. using the app that automatically turn on with bluetooth i changed the setting and now all is good. The phone feature is not so well but i use it for music and noise cancelling so I'm happy with this item

The sound quality was great and pairing was easy. I just found them too cumbersome. Ended up returning. Months later the new APPLE AIRPOD PRO’S CAME out. These are in ear noise cancelling ear buds and are perfect for what I was looking for.
