The only drawback so far is you can only connect to 1 device at a time. If the headphone is connected to your laptop you have to disconnect from your laptop and reconnect to your phone. Other than that it is an excellent headphone.

The only reason I returned these was because I recently started wearing glasses, and wearing these for long periods of time with glasses while working from home causes some pain where my frames sit.
