My main complaints were the Sony name on the Case and what to do with the charging and audio cables. There was no place to store them other than the external pouch, but they were prone to falling out. Control gestures are excellent. The headphone tells you battery level (high, medium, low). The 1000XM3's redesign addresses both of those areas. There is no name on the case, and the case now stores the cables inside the case, plus the power level now tells battery level in 10% increments (100%, 90%, 80%...etc). Good job!

Watched many hours of movies on the plane. Good for noise canceling. Had better reviews than the Bose but not sure if they are really better. Might go with in ear headphones next time. After long periods over the ears start to hurt.
