    I have owned Ssenheiser and more recently Bose and Beats headphones. These are by far the best in my opinion in both comfort and in performance.

    good for noise canceling Purposes, but if you do exercises that require you to lay down and get back up (ex benching, dumbbell press) the sweat is going to make them slide off. Takes time to get use to that . But for sure cancels any noise you may hear at the gym!

    I have the comparative headphones from Bose. The sound in the Bose headphones is significantly better. Right out of the box these sound terrible, but after downloading the App and adjusting a bunch of settings, the sound becomes acceptable. The App was a pain to navigate though and almost forces you to go through a bunch of settings for things you will never use. It really needs a quick start option as I hated dealing with the App and the time that it wasted. The noise cancelling is good, I felt that it worked just as good as Bose. Bose headphones are more comfortable. This Sony headset is very stiff. If you are comparing the two headsets, go with Bose.
