Decent headset but nothing amazing

The sound in the Bose headphones is significantly better. Right out of the box these sound terrible, but after downloading the App and adjusting a bunch of settings, the sound becomes acceptable. The App was a pain to navigate though and almost forces you to go through a bunch of settings for things you will never use. It really needs a quick start option as I hated dealing with the App and the time that it wasted. The noise cancelling is good, I felt that it worked just as good as Bose. Bose headphones are more comfortable. This Sony headset is very stiff. If you are comparing the two headsets, go with Bose.

I bought them for a mix of gaming and studying. For gaming these are pretty nice, you can use it for voice chat as long as you get an aux with a mic. However these are very uncomfortable after some time. For studying, they are nice with good noise canceling however they are, again, very uncomfortable after some time. Comfortable when you first start wearing but bad after like 40mins to an hour. Music is fantastic - just set the equalizer to optimum settings. So all in all…they are just meh.
