Still a great purchase for me as I use it everyday.

That's the good. The bad is the Talking on the phone with these is horrible. The other person can't hear you and it sounds like you are talking far away in a tunnel. Forgot about talking to any voice animated machines like call the bank or something, it won't even know that you are on the phone. Every adjustment I tried did not work. I sent my Bose QC 35ii to get replaced by bose because the power switch has a short. I will keep these for long trips when i will be not talking on a phone.
