There are no written instructions, but only pictures without words that require a bit of interpretation. The controls are touch controls that lurk behind an unmarked surface on the right earpiece, and they are difficult to use accurately. Linking the bluetooth to a windows computer was very difficult -- almost to the point of wanting to return them. Much searching on the internet and numerous attempts were needed to succeed.

But it still lacks to be perfect, when you use them for half an hour you start to sweat your ears and that is very annoying. They are Also very expensive.
