I am working and teaching remotely, and so are my 2 flatmates. These headphones made my life a lot easier-- I can now focus on my work with fewer distractions and don't have to hear them while they are in meetings. The only con I have so far: I'm a pretty small person, so the headphones are a bit too large. They still fit comfortably, though.

There are no written instructions, but only pictures without words that require a bit of interpretation. The controls are touch controls that lurk behind an unmarked surface on the right earpiece, and they are difficult to use accurately. Linking the bluetooth to a windows computer was very difficult -- almost to the point of wanting to return them. Much searching on the internet and numerous attempts were needed to succeed.
