    These headphones have good sound quality but if your movement jars the muff at all it distorts. The charging cord is literally only like 6 inches long and you can’t talk on the phone with them (I mean, you can but it sounds totally messed up and there’s no way to change it). Lastly, the touchpad instead of physical buttons was a bad idea. You have to touch just the right spot without being able to see it to perform functions.

    These are great with with crisp sound only compliant is on the bus going over bumps it causes the headphones to make a weird bassy wooshing sound.

    I have every iteration of Sony XM headphones all of them are still functional and use them all regularly. Here is list my of best to worst taking into consideration comfort, audio, noise canceling, ergonomics, accessories, and ease of use: XM2, XM4, XM5, XM3, XM.
