For those who’s bodies run really warm though I must admit it was difficult wearing over the ear headphones in doors which would apply to all over the ear headphones. If you’re on the fence I must say you should purchase these if you like over the ear headphones. You will not regret it.

I had issues with the hinges and also they seemed outdated. I have not had any issues with how sturdy the Sony headphones are. I also like the controls for the volume and playback on the Sony. The option of covering one ear to hear ambient sounds is also a feature that I love

It's not a complete hard shell but it's great protection when I put these in my laptop bag. Noise cancelling is very quiet. I like the lack of buttons the most. The earphone works like a touchpad, moving up and down for volume or left to right for track selection. I don't have to find the button I just swipe.
