You can never go wrong with these for audio. The anc is impeccable. The fit on my head for long sessions don’t hurt. Lastly the mics are great for phone calls.

Great noise cancelling, rich, full sound, very comfortable to wear, even for extended periods of time. Battery life is great, I wear them at work and only have to charge them once a week.

Bought these and several of the Bose qc35 for the office. Like these better. They fit my ears better, and I really like the touch controls. Sound and noise cancelling were pretty much the same to me.

Noise canceling is top notch. I liked the sound and comfort better than Bose. You can alter the equalizer settings for different effects using the app. It charges pretty fast and maintains charge too.

Beautiful design, awesome sound, and quite good battery life. Also, Sony app companion is quite good in controlling and customization. Noise reduction making quite a difference.

These Sony headphones although pricey are very good, bluetooth works well, noise cancelling is very good. The phones are lightweight and comecwith a very nice sturdy case. Wish they were cheaper

I actually didn't buy this from BestBuy because they wouldn't honor my coupon. But these headphones are the best I've ever used. The battery is phenomenal and noise cancelling makes you feel like you're there. Where? At the concert if your listening to music. Or in the car during a chase scene of a movie. They are worth it especially now that they are on sale. However, I don't find to app that is suggested for configurations easy to use.

These headphones do not get enough praise, I believe. By far some of the best headphones i have used to date and cannot wait for what new headphones are coming. Battery life is excellent and the fact that it uses USB-C to charge is a huge plus (future proof yourself), touchpad for volume and controls on the right earphone is intuitive and takes a couple of tries to get adjusted, comfortable feel. My only feedback for these headphones are that they are a little bulkier then expected for those that are commuting and traveling but i use these at home for my work station so I do not travel with these. I am assuming that the size of the unit is compensated by the battery life which is so great on them.

light weigh, touch controls, Google assistant works great, I haven't try Alexa yet but pretty sure will work as well, noise-cancelling works great. Overall, greats sound and comfort to wear

Right of the bat. Buy them, these are the best sounding and operating headphones I've used in my price range. I've listened for hours and battery is still 90% How do they do that. Podcasts,music,movies,TV. With the app and eq settings and soundfeilds..if you cant find the perfect symmetry... You are not trying..... The one problem that I excuse for the performance is the sensitivity of the touch earcup. Oh yeah two people in the house say with the noise canceling on they can hear things in music they never heard. Amazing to me.. I cant wait to hear the noise canceling earbuds. To replace my busted Jabra Elites. To be fair....... I use them everyday as an Electrician.

I upgraded from the WH-1000XM2. I noticed right away the XM3 is a lighter headphone. I was already a fan because of the Ease of Use. The Noise Cancelling is the best compared to Bose or Beats. The truth is once you get used to listening to music on this quality of headphone it is difficult to listen to music on anything inferior. I caught them on sale for $299 which even at the sale price is an expensive investment. Still I think it's worth every penny because anything that helps you escape the intense noise pollution of NYC is worth 5 stars. Be it the crowed streets, crowded subway or rush hour traffic the only sound I hear is my own personal soundtrack.

Move cancelling is better than Bose. The sound profile is warm and clear. Plenty of bass without sounding muddy. Very comfortable to wear for hours. I don’t fly without them.

I was comparing these with the Bose QC series, and the review sites all said the sound is a bit better on the Bose, but the noise-canceling on these. I tried both out in store, and the noise-canceling is noticeably better on the Sony headphones. When used in the field on an airplane, I was able to sleep soundly though a two hour flight that included 2 very loud, crying children. My travel partner could not sleep because the noise was so loud and piercing, so in my opinion I paid for these headphones in one flight. They're also extremely comfortable.

You don't realize how loud an airplane is until you put these headphones on. With superior sound cancellation, great battery life, and a comfortable fit, these are all-day headphones!

Wore these on a 13hr non-stop flight to Japan. They were comfortable the whole way. It's amazing how much sound these block. Using the Sony app., I was able to auto adjust noise cancelling for the change in pressure while up in the air. They feel comfortable and light. Previous headphones would give me a headache after several hours. The Sony were comfortable the whole flight. The sound is great, especially with having access to an equalizer through the app. The app is straightforward and easy to use.
