Super clear sound and noise cancelling is a big plus except when I’m calling her name...:). Definitely recommend. They are more expensive but appear to be worth every penny.

However, after buying it I can't wear if more than 15-20 mins due to irritation to my ears. I had over the ears headphones in the past too but never had this problem. Their noise cancelling is amazing but as a comfort wise not for me.

Very comfortable with glasses. though the headband get a little uncomfortable with +6 hrs usage. The auto mode (walking, sitting, travel) that you can preset your level of background noise is OK, but often I use disabled.

Posted .Hi NuzzlingMoms, thank you for sharing your feedback on your WH1000XM3. Altohugh we are glad that you like these headphones when listening to music, we regret that you're having issues when using these in the cold and during phone calls.
The touch sensor control panel of your WH-1000XM3 headphones may malfunction, or display erratic behavior, if you quickly move to a cold environment. Erratic behavior may include the following:
Touch sensors may not work.
Touch sensors may operate by themselves.
Music playback may change tracks by itself.
Headphones may switch to Quick Attention Mode and the sound may decrease.
If you experience these symptoms, restart (power cycle) your headphones to recalibrate the touch sensors. Press the power button to turn the headphones off, then turn it back on again. You may need to repeat this multiple times until the earcup reaches ambient outside temperature.

Great NC headphones

But one you turn on the music, the world drifts away and they are revelatory. I also used them on an international flight recently and I don't know how I ever flew without them before. My only complaint is that they get a little hot, but that's to be expected for over-the-ear headphones.
