Fatal flaws make this a bad decision

The sound quality is excellent and so is the noise cancellation. Unfortunately, there is no way to turn off notification chimes so it's impossible to get an uninterrupted listening experience. Also, the simple act of charging is an adventure. I was happy to see usb-c, but it's very finicky about chargers (they only include ba short cable) . The One Plus charger doesn't work. I had to get one off of Amazon. I was kinda dissapointed Sony didn't offer it. To keep my sad list rolling the software is frustrating. The ambient sound/Google button either-or selection is annoying. Their app let's you know there is an update but then doesn't provide any option to start the update. Every use brings out more shortcomings. The constant chime if notifications is the last straw. My unit is heading back to Best Buy if they will take it it Craigslist if they won't.

Can't imagine better noise cancelling headphones

The seem to work as advertised however because of the coronavirus I will not be able to try them on airplanes. A bonus for me is to listen to podcasts without disturbing my wife.

The Sony headphones have a surprising warmth to them , nice bass without being overpowering.

The noise cancelling and sounds is very good but talking on the phone is horrible, they stay on too much, and the controls are annoying. Having to cycle through the settings is one of my biggest pepeeves. Overall not worth the price.

I fall asleep in them all the time. Truly noise canceling, and I love that I can adjust how much ambient noise I want on the app. Battery life is surprisingly long. Worth it!

These headphones beat all other brands by a good margin. The only issue we had, nitpicking, is the color. It is supposed to be Silver but it looks somewhat golden pink-ish.

I've had several people tell me that my mike doesn't come through clearly on calls. Not sure if the ambient sound feature could be affecting the quality though. Overall, really happy with my choice.

I love that I can tap the sides to pause or play. I love that I can swipe vertical or horizontal to perform control of the volume or to rewind or forward the song.
