Should fit better during workouts. Looks great. The app is good I guess. Sony’s help section is beyond poor! Connecting, disconnecting and reconnecting between devices is far too tedious

If that is true, fix your web site to not say that or train the employees to know what you do and don’t.

Amazing headphones just not great for talking on.

Small complaints when using the touch pad on the headphones. Biggest complaint is when using these to talk on. No one can hear you when you are in a noisy area. Love the google and Alex assistant.

While we're glad to hear that you like the sound quality and voice assist function, we regret to hear that it hasn't lived up to your expectations particularly with the microphone. We'd love to troubleshoot the issue and make this a better experience for you. Please make sure that the headphones has the latest software update, please use the Headphones Connect app to update the software. Check to see if the Touch sensor control panel setting is disabled in the app. It auto disables when the battery gets low. It might also be the Automatic Power Off or wearing detection function is enabled, the headphone thinks you are not wearing it so it disables the touch control.
Resetting and Initializing the headphones will also help on resolving the issue. To reset, press both the (power) button and the CUSTOM button simultaneously while charging. The headset will be reset. The device registration (pairing) information is not deleted. If the issue still occurs even after resetting, please initialize the headset by turning off the headset while the USB Type-C cable is disconnected and then press and hold the power button and the CUSTOM button simultaneously for 7 seconds or more.

Other than that, this is a fantastic product! I love these headphones!

Sounds good, but, not very sturdy.

Works as expected, and comfortable for long time listening. Be gentle with them though, they don’t seem to be the most sturdy ear phones on the market.
