Good but ended up getting some AirPods Pro

I couldn't wear them longer than an hour and the discomfort continued for three more hours afterwards. I had to return them. The ear suck is typical for noise cancelling headphones and feels like pressure on your ear drum. The app calibration didn't help.

It only does it in a louder environment under full NC. Going to return for a new pair, hopefully they wont do it! Less then a month old

I had the XM2s but decided to upgrade when these were released... worst decision ever because somethings have changed... these don't recognize when I'm trying to swipe to the next song or stop the music as quickly... theres a beeping sound when I use the instant volume down feature... and the sound quality seems forced... don't get me wrong... if you never had the XM2s you will love these... they are Sonys so the quality is there... unfortunately the functionality is lacking so my upgrade has been a real disappointment... so much so that I'm thinking of switching brands and I'm a Sony loyalist... but Sony really ruined a great thing...

Signal kept dropping

I will say the noise cancelling was excellent. However, my bluetooth signal kept dropping. Obviously a major problem, Additionally, each time I toggled between settings on the headphones for ambient noise, noise cancelling, etc, the delay between switching and the programmed voice telling me which mode into which it was going, was too long. If I did this during calls it cause me to miss part of the discussion, which is also an issue. Returned and picked up a pair of my prior headphones - Beats Studio Wireless. They work great, look great and are super comfortable. Oh - and they are reliable. Something I cannot say about the Sony WH-1000XM3

Best Buy wouldn’t do anything to assist. Avoid these headphones at all costs. The newer model has even more issues.
