Very good noise cancellation. I didn't hear any airplane noise at all. I haven't tested the battery life completely as i never ran it more than a few hours, but i'm sure it's what they advertise.

My headset hits all the right sweet spots for me. I got it on sale. There's no detectable lag while viewing videos. It actually blocks out loud noises. Listening to music is simply delightful, especially base heavy songs. It's not great for making calls, but I didn't buy it for that purpose anyway.

Short and simple, they fixed the issue I've had with every XB950N1, and below I've had being a subtle "tick" every few minutes and improved upon everything you can have in a pair of Bluetooth headphones. Well above the competition in sound quality, and comfort is subjectively in my favor. Honestly the best Headphones I've ever had.

These are perfect for airport travel. I spent a long day in the airport. 14+ hours and I had them on the whole time. Battery was still at 30% when I was done. Very impressed. Sound is great. Range is good. Only thing I wish they would improve is the mic. It doesn’t sound that good to people you talk to.

I love these headphones. They are really comfortable and the sound quality is great. I wear them at work throughout the day and they do not hurt my ears. They also do a great job at keeping the sound out from people around me on calls. I highly recommend these.

Admittedly the leader or runner-up in the consumer noise cancelling headphone market, depending on personal preference. A bit pricey, so I waited for a good sale price. Very comfortable ear cups and head band. Crisp sound quality and many levels of noise cancelling. Ears do get warm and sweaty after prolonged use, but that's expected. Taking a star off for not supporting multi-point Bluetooth device pairing and not that great a smartphone app at this price point.

My last wh1000 were great. It was time for an upgrade. I tried all other brands including the latest bose. There is no comparison on sound. On fit, bose were slightly more comfortable. However the in app adjustments, sound and battery life are killer. I don't use built in google assistant, but its a neat feature to have.

As someone who owns Bose noise cancelling headphones, these new headphones have blown me away. The noise cancelling is a noticeable. It’s light and confortable. Being able to cup the right headphone to pause the noise cancelling to listen to people talking to you without taking off the headphone is a pretty cool feature.

I compared this with Bose 700, and this has better quality across the board - bass, treble, spatial range, controls, comfort.

These noise cancelling headphones are really top of the line. I debated between these and the Bose headphones, I don’t think you can go wrong with either choice. These felt more comfortable on my head, and had a few extra features. The noise cancelling is excellent and the battery life is very good.

Purchased these after extensive research and have not been disappointed. I am most concerned about sound quality and these hit the mark at all frequencies after some very slight tweaking through the Sony app. Also very pleased with connectivity, noise cancellation and comfort. Zero complaints!

These by far, are the best consumer level noise canceling over the ear headphones out right now. I’m so glad I made this purchase. They’re very light weight but have great quality at the same time. The original price is a little high, but luckily, I bought them while when they were on sale.

Clear sound. Fits perfectly. Noise-canceling is awesome. I love the app and the options I have with these. I highly recommend these headphones. A must for traveling, working, kicking back at home and jamming out. I never take them to the gym, don't want them to get wet - so that might be an issue for some.

I use these mainly for watching movies at home and the quality of these headphones is fantastic! Super comfortable and easy on the ears even when listening with the volume turned up. Very durable with easy to use controls, I would recommend them to anyone who values great sound with a great movie.

These headphones are everything you could want and more. The bass, the detection of sounds and when you are around people and just the overall sound quality is great. I definitely recommend. And you could be on the other side of your house and they would still be connected to your phone.

I got these for my son. I was hesitant to buy these due to poor construction of other Sony headphones. He loves them and they seem fairly well built. I compared these to many other headphones before purchasing and I'm glad I took the plunge. Comfortable, good sound quality, decent battery life and nice noise cancelling.

I went to Best Buy to purchase Headphones. I was introduced to these headphones. My first use was on a school field trip on a charter bus. The noise cancellation on this is phenomenal. This is a great product, great sound with a sleek look. Thinking of buying a second one for my wife to connect this to the TV.

I had a choice of the Bose, but decided the Sony was a better fit for my needs. The sound quality and the features were very much what I wanted out of a Noise Canceling Headset. The Headset was easy to sink with my Bluetooth labtop and Iphone and the battery was more than enough time for my 18 hour flight. DKW

These headphones sound great! The sound is true with deep, rich bass and a full range of midrange to treble. Still getting used to the controls on the ear piece, but the noise cancelling feature works as advertised. Blue tooth connection to my IPad and IPhone was a breeze. Would purchase again

I am very satisfied with this purchase. The headphones are holding up very well. The battery life is still strong, and I’m a heavy user. The noise cancellation feature is very cool. The Google assistant and Alexa assistant capabilities are nifty. Highly recommend!
