These are by far the best sounding headphones I have owned. They have wonderful highs, mids and good bass. The touch controls on the side earcup can be overly touchy. Sometimes when the headphones are around my head, the play button is activated by my cheek or chin. Also, the black version gets a bit dusty if not cleaned often. I highly recommend due to comfort and sound. Also, having USB type C is awesome.

Soo, I've had the mk 2's for over a year now and they have been great headphones. I was hesitant on the upgrade however I am glad I did. The improved battery life and noise cancellation over the mk 2's was well worth the upgrade. Very happy with the product

This is a very good headphone for wired and wireless use. The wired sound quality may not be as good as the wireless but there really isn't that big of a difference. I also like how you can use anc while the headphones are not connected to a device. This is also a stereo headphones so you can hear your surroundings very easily for games. the charger has a very short cable tho but you can use other usb-c cable. One problem is that if you have a big power block it may not charge, it only charges with the small power block. That is one problem I had but overall great headset.

Purchase these for myself as I do a lot of international Traveling. Do you think directly with the airplane and reduce the noise it is absolutely amazing the sound that is produced . They are quite comfortable on the head your ears don’t get overly heated- love them

These headphones are fantastic. I did some research on what the best in the market are and these certainly lived up to the hype. Great sound and supper comfortable. I only miss the manual controls that used to be on some of the older sony models.

Simply put—Expensive, but a superior noise canceling headset! Good battery life, comfortable, and no need to use music to cover the ambient noise lower cost headset don’t cancel. Battery life is as advertised (30 hours) with a +/- error of 1.5 hours.

These sound amazing connect easy and have a battery that lasts. They are constructed well and look cool. I have a pair of the x2 and these are an upgrade on those .. if you want a high end quality item with an app that gives you tons of options this is the pair

I use these for listening to music and for conference calls at work. Excellent sound quality. Comfortable to wear and easy to use. Enjoying the touch controls for volume, pausing, and skipping tracks. Bluetooth works over a long range.

I purchased my head phones about a year ago. Awesome Sound, Very Comfortable and Battery life is amazing. In fact, I have only charged mine about three times in the past year. A couple weeks ago, my battery was at 30% so I decided to re-charge. After several attempts, with various cores and powder hubs, and re-sets, my head phones would not accept a charge. Yesterday, I was able to take them back to where I purchased, and yes my warranty ran out the week before. If you purchase these head phones, you may want to consider the extended warranty plan that is available. I loved the Quality Sound of these head phones, I only wish the Quality would have been as Sound.

First of all, the sound quality on these babies id unrivaled. The noise cancelling feature is excellent and they couldn't be more soft! So comfortable you might forget you are wearing them. They single handedly made a 13 hour DC to Tokyo flight bearable.

I use the headphones to watch TV and so far it’s been a great experience. Very comfortable fit. I like the features, especially how it lets you know the percentage of battery left. All in all, I would recommend this product. Very satisfied!!

These are the first noise cancelling bluetooth headphones I've purchased and they have been great. The app for your phone gives you a ton of control in how much noise cancelling there is and the overall sound. The battery is quite long as well

Super great! Noise canceling works great, and they are super comfortable. I've used them for over a year now and they still work great. I use them every night to watch TV when everyone is sleeping. Can't recommend them enough.

Overall for what they are they are decent. I thought I might like the buttonless design. It look sleek and modern. It ultimately ends up not working as expected more often than not. You have to hit the (buttons)spot in such a specific way it defeats the purpose of its functionality. Removing the buttons was a mistake im my opinion. I looked at a video reciew on youtube and they praised it like it was the next evolutionary phase for headsets. I jumped at the chance to get them because of the feedback of the employee and the youtube review. I'm getting more and more used to them the mkre I have them but had I known all of this priorto buying them I would've gone with another brand or style. Dont get me wrong. Dound quality wise they're good NOT great gut good. Occasionally a skipping, just occassionally... I wish the AUX chord that came with it was longer. All that to say they are a decent quality. They are well built and extremely comfortable. If you can get past the buttonless design and a few of the other things I've described you will like these.

I love my new noise cancelling headphones! I like that you can just put your hand over the right ear and you are able to hear what someone is saying to you. Love that you can also control the volume or switch to the next song by the swipe or tap of a finger.

These are probably the best noise cancelling headphones that Best Buy sells. They offer the most amount of noise cancelling, have a great battery life, and the feature of putting your hand over the right ear to turn off noise cancelling is a very big bonus.

I bought these headphones for the the loud office. Really helps reduce noise and focus. The app lets you dial in the exact settings you want. They are much better than the beats / bose I’ve had in the past from sound quality, ANC, and even comfort.

Awesome Battery life, fast charging, great sound when you adjust them with the In app settings. Yes you need an app to use this to their full extent. Yes the app works just fine and I’ve had no issue with it. Love these a lot!

Sound quality, noise cancelling, microphone, comfort, all work better than expected. I was nervous about ordering after reading some reviews, but I cant complain about one thing from them. Connects to my phone note 8 in literally 2 seconds after I turn them on

I’m not making my review long and too extensive as there some pretty good reviews out there that do a very good job. I am only going to say that I was very very impressed with the sound quality and the noise cancellation is superb. I am making a comparison to the Bose Quiet Comfort 35 Wireless Headphones II. Bose are nice and I was impressed when I first heard them, but I was blown away with the Sony WH-1000XM3 Series. I think that the difference is that in just the sound quality. Not saying that Bose is bad, but I just think that Sony is a step up. If you want the best of both worlds, sound quality and noise cancellation in a wireless headphone, you can’t go wrong with these.
