Loved the sound quality, and noise cancelation but hated how you couldn’t switch easily switch between paired devices. I recommended buying the newer model the WH-1000MX4. They have better sound quality, are more comfortable, and the noise cancelation is better.

I'll begin with the awesome: I love the features and the controls for the ambient sound; that is pretty useful at times. I was also pleasantly surprised by the ability to make phone calls and how clear they were, although I had to increase the volume pretty substantially. And of course, the sound is amazing! Music is crystal clear and listening on these things is an experience I am glad to have. I only have one complaint, though, and that is pretty huge for me and the way I consume media. You can only connect to one device at a time! I typically work on a laptop and will have my iPad next to it, using it to pull up additional info or play a video. I also take a few classes that require listening to video, so if I am on one device and have to switch, I have to go through the turn off and turn back on process, which gets a bit tedious. I had Bose Soundsports that will go back and forth between devices seamlessly. Despite the one flaw, the sound quality makes up for it, as long as you only use one devide.

Perfect for frequent fliers. The charge lasts an incredibly long time and noise cancelling is fantastic. I would definitely reccomend this pair for the money.

Best headphones out there! Sound quality is amazing, and you can change the sound quality in the app. Noise cancellation is amazing, and the fit is very comfortable.

The bass and sound quality is ridiculous. I got literal chills the first time I listened to my favorite song with these headphones. Nothing compares!

Purchased this in hopes that it was going to win me over from the B&W PX's. I like that the M3's are lighter than M2's. The sound is not that much different from before. But I ended up returning this because I don't like that you cannot pair more than 1 device. I miss the physical buttons to be able to pause/play/previous and forward. I don't know about others, but I feel that cupping the right side to lower the music so you can hear someone talking to you is gimmicky. I find that I end up taking the headphones off most of time because I think it is kind of rude talking to someone while having your headphones on. I don't like that the music doesn't pause or resume when you take off/on the headphones. And the lastly, I prefer the sound signature on the PX's over these due to the kind of music I listen to. If I just listened to hip hop or EDM all the time, then these would be great, but I find the sound signature on the PX's is far superior and it does a great job separating the vocals from the instruments.

I test drove these in the store and they were head and shoulders above everything else. Now that I have them daily I’m still amazed when I put them on and it gets quieter, but then when I turn them on, and the actual noise canceling kicks in and it goes dead silent. It catches me off guard every time because it is SO quiet. I listen to music with them and with the app it is extremely adjustable with the equalizer to tweak it to exactly how you like. While I’m in the car on a long trip it elimates the road noise and plays music beautifully but still allows Waze and incoming phone calls to be handled. 5 stars!

The noise-canceling technology works very well. You can continue listening to the news even if a train is blowing its horn within yards. The button-less controls don't always work, especially the on-off function. Comfortable enough to wear for several hours a day.

The quality of sound that these headphones is excellent. The headphones are also very light. Price is High but well worth the price.

The sound quality on these blows away Bose latest entry. Plus, they are super comfortable and last 30 hours on a single charge. Buy these as soon as they are back in stock!!!!

I've tried these and the Boae NC 700. These sound better (opinion). Bose has better features. Really light and comfortable. Bose feels more premium.

Read a lot of reviews and comparisons to another brand (starts with a "B") before I purchased. Can't believe the sound. As others have mentioned the alert/status beeps can be annoying but they don't last long. Volume adjustment on right ear cup can be tricky as can easily trigger skip instead of adjusting volume . Amazing sound from speakers and phenomenal noise reduction. Used on a 2-3 hour flight recently and was amazed at how much noise was suppressed. Get a pair! You won't be disappointed.

I bought these for the noise cancelling capabilities. The sound is really good. The battery lasts a long time, even on just a few minutes of charge.

The sound blocking really works. They are also very comfortable to wear for longer periods. I own two pairs already. One for TV and one for iPad.

I spent a fairamoint of time checking headphones from many vendors in this price range and these gave the nicest listening experience and comfort level at this price point.

These headphones provide the best noise cancelation on the market today. These have great audio clarity and okay audio separation. They are very flimsy and not made of high quality material. These are what you get if you are spending a lot of time on airplanes and don’t care as much about having the very best audio. If you are an audiophile you will want to purchase the Sennheiser Momentum 3 headphones instead. The Momentum 3’s have the best audio clarity and separation, but there noise cancelation isn’t as good as the Sony’s, although they are close.

I travel a lot and i work in oilfield too.. this headphone has one of the best noise canceling feature, add to this, you can use it for 30 hours without charging..

I was a little apprehensive at first to purchase these headphones. I usually stay within a certain budget but decided to splurge being home more during the pandemic. These Sony Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones are excellent. You will need to download an app for them to connect. These worked perfectly with my iPad mini and I paired them with my work laptop. The noise cancelling is perfect. I can not hear any outside noise. Headphones have good bass and sound quality. There’s an option within the app to choose the sound you like. Definitely recommend these.

These are the most comfortable, best sounding, and easiest to use headphones I’ve ever had. They’re touch sensored instead of having buttons. I love them!
