Bought these on sale in store for $200 less than the Bose equivalent and am totally happy with them. If your looking into a new pair maybe wait for the new ones that will come out from Sony, they will probably be better than the newest Bose in specs. But If your looking for a good value buy these, you won’t be disappointed, and imo I personally think they sound better than the competitors but your opinion may very. Also they might be a little finicky to set up at first, but once they are set up it’s a breeze to reconnect to your device. Hope this helps

Comfy and light. It's hard to believe that headphone so light could provide such quality noise cancellation. They are also easy to use and provide great sound.

These are the most comfortable headphones I've ever purchased. The noise cancellation is equally great and with the music clarity, I must say Sony really did it this time.

The noise cancelling is one of the best, when im at my computer and turn it on i cant hear my typing on my corsair K70 RGB MK.2 Low Profile keyboard, cant hear my mouse clicks from my Roccat Leadr mouse, my air cleaner set on medium and high, my noisy upstairs neighbors tv , but sometimes his heavy footstep slams can be faintly heard. Now the build quality for the price is really lacking. The swivel points between the headband and the earcup holders make cracking noises when i put them on and off. I read many other reviews how they crack and are very careful with them. I only pull them over my ears from the front and take off the back minimising how much the cups get pulled apart. I can see them months down the line cracking just like the others. Ive had a couple of PC headsets that never made noise putting them on and off and were 50 to 100 dollars cheaper then these.

If you are looking for noise cancelling technology in a quality blue tooth headphone you must purchase the Sony - WH-1000XM3. The style and price was a plus for me.

I bought these for airline travel, and could not bear travelling without them. I owned the WH-1000MX2 and gave them to my daughter to upgrade to the MX3. I can tell the difference. The MX2 was great, but the MX3 is better. I find that when I am working from home, wearing these helps close out the ambient noise and helps me concentrate better. Added bonus. While these are at the high end of the price spectrum, I have had less expensive brands with good noise cancelling, but those fell apart. The MX3 has excellent noise cancelling and are better made.

Overall 4 out of 5 stars . The battery life is probably the best thing about these headphones. Can’t go wrong with 30 hours! - comfortable but not as comfortable as the Bose quiet comfort series in my opinion. - the noise canceling is also pretty good. Highly recommend.

Great headphones. Light weight with crisp , clean sound. Sony app make is even better. Gesture control on right cup makes it easy to control.

I have owned beats, skull candy, and another pair of Sony. These by far are the best sounding headphones. The app is nice as well. Great battery life.

My husband cuts large High School Fields and these headphones make the job so much more enjoyable! He loves the sound and the comfortable fit

Had a tough time deciding between the Bose and the Sony. Tried both of them at Best Buy several times and found they both had similar noise cancelling properties and I could not really tell any difference. I finally decided on the Sony because the technology was one year newer they looked nicer and had the hand swipe controls on the earcup. I didn't think I would like the swipe controls because they might get false readings as they brushed against other objects but I didn't get any false entries during the 30 hour travel to Asia. The ability to cover the ear cup to turn of the noise cancelling worked well.

great noise canceling, great sound, comfortable. Loved the pick up system during the coronavirus. Purchesed on line, pick them up in a half hour

These are superior quality headphones. Sounds great and have cool features like google assistant. Battery lasts a long time if using wirelessly.

Awesome noise cancelling. Sony app is okay for adjusting eq. Very comfortable for long stretches. Have not found Google assistant features necessary.

So first the ugly, which is the color I chose. They say it is Silver but I am pretty sure it is either Beige or Tan, either way that is a pretty unappealing color for some headphones. But hey, I won't have to worry about anyone mistaking them as their own. Now let's get to the nitty, these delightful headphones help are on point when it comes to ISO and noise canceling. The fact that they actual adjust when you're moving is great. The 1000XM3's have the ambient button that actually works and they focus where you want so for noise in front/back/rear/etc it focuses there. The controls on the right ear for play/pause/skip and rewind...I actually love these. And I can speak with folks through these with no problem. I wish I could use these for working out but alas they are very wet on the ears. The headband is adjustable, unfortunately I have a small head so that doesn't really matter to me. They do tend to slide around when doing push ups.

Although its a bit pricey, these headphones are comfy. More importantly, they cancel noise really well. I can barely hear by bird shouting!

Replaced my ancient Bose noise canceling headphone with this one. Awesome sound and noise canceling. Very comfortable and easy to operate. Highly recommend!
