I purchased these headphones for a flight because I hate the constant noise. I tried several different brands and models in-store and I felt this did the best job. A week or so later I went on a short flight and while it doesn't make things silent, it seemed to get rid of the engine noise and greatly reduced the volume of the air noise. Once I put music on or used them to watch a movie, I really didn't notice any of the noise period. That's the other great thing; I didn't need to blast the volume of my movie to be able to hear it clearly. On the con side, I had problems using the app in-flight. It wasn't able to find the headphones, even though they were successfully paired with my phone. That may be a lack of knowledge on my part though. Overall, even though they were expensive, I feel it was a good purchase. The next cheapest model I tried seemed to be drastically less effective in the store.

Really liked the headphones. Sound is good, bluetooth works fine, the touch controls on the side are good enough, and the active noise canceling works great. The only thing I wasn't a fan of is how they fit they're a little tight but maybe that's just me.

Sony has found a balance between price and sound. Design is also fantastic. Recommend to any and everyone.

Replacing my old Bose headphones with these. Very good sound quality, lightweight and easy to use. The case could be a bit easyer to use. That’s about it.

These are great noise cancelling headphones. Connects easily to blue-tooth enabled devices. Some of the best headphones on the market.

I tried these out at Best Buy and compared them side by side with the Bose QC35s. Both are very nice, but I like the noise canceling and sound quality better on the Sony’s. I’ve noticed that there are many complaints regarding the app, and I had problems with it initially. I couldn’t get the app to recognize that the headphones were connected. Just keep trying to establish a connection with the app and once connected update the headphones software. After the update you will be good to go!! The app is very functional, and you can dial in the EQ and noice cancellation to suit your tastes.

Been holding back from getting these but i must say out of all the headphones ive had these are the most comfortable and better sounding

The ear cuffs are very comfortable as well as the headband of the headphones itself. ANC is made of premium quality you get what you paid for.

I'm using these for audio production, and they may be the best headphones I've ever purchased. The noise cancelling feature worked extremely well on some recent airline flights, too. VERY pleased with these! Downloading the app gives you some other settings to use depending on your location and activity. Don't really use those much, but they're a nice addition.

The best noise-cancelling Bluetooth over-ear headphones I've tried yet, with fantastic sound quality. Sound quality is sub-par when used wired with the headphones off; for best results, turn headphones ON (Bluetooth on), then connect via wire to a music source. Charging is easy and relatively quick. The included carrying case is a nice addition, and handy for traveling.

These are well-worth the price and have every feature I wanted and more. I can take calls directly from them so I feel comfortable having them on and not missing a call. They are the most comfortable headphones I've EVER worn. The cups are soft plush that doesn't permanently mold to your ears and the headband has the same material. They are light enough, but still feel strong and sturdy. They completely cover my ears so they lock on and feel secure. I often forget I'm wearing them and when I take them off I miss having them on, they really are that comfortable.
