30+ hours of playtime with the best in class sound blocking. I've owned the Bose QC35 and this beats it squarely in both sound quality and noise blocking.

I'm no expert in this matter. All I'm saying is from real world use. This sony headphones is amazing. I used it during my daily commute in public transportation, in a noisy commons of my university. I was satisfied with it's performance. However, my mind was completely blown away when i took it on a flight. It was literally like magic. The entire background noise of the aircraft disappeared instantaneously. I highly recommend this to frequently flyers. Beyond the noise cancellation, the sound quality is top notch with rich heavy bass.

The noise cancellation is great and the touch features are so convenient. The C-type charger let's it charge quickly and the battery lasts quite a while.

These headphones are comfortable, sound great with excellent sound cancellation. They have good battery life and the controls are fairly intuitive.

The best noise cancelling headphones I've ever owned. Period. They feel good, they sound good and they cancel noises like nothing else.

They work really well. The app lets you customize the level of noise cancelling based on your movement speed, so if you are using it while on an airplane vs in your home, it can increase or decrease the amount of outside sound that passes through. Another neat feature is that you can cup your hand on it and it stops the noise cancelling - great while on an airplane! The Google and Amazon assistant feature is fine, though it can be somewhat problematic when it lets you know about every single notification. Was definitely worth the investment!

Sony basically took an awesome or top headphone in its price range. Made them more comfy. Added usb c and a slight upgrade in sound.

Superb sound quality with excellent base and clear treble. It is like being in a music hall. Built in microphone is excellent for making calls on Zoom etc. Noise cancellation is excellent on flights. The Sony App allows to make fine tuning adjustments based on the type of music you are listening to. Definitely one for audiophiles, especially those on a budget.

I wouldnt necessarily call myself an audiophile, but I love listening to music while I work. These headphones not only provide great sound, the noise cancellation is mind blowing. For example, I have a Mustang GT and I was cleaning my car while wearing these headphones. My car was on and I couldn't even hear my engine because the active noise cancellation is absolutely amazing. If you need to just listen to your music and put your surroundings on mute, these are the headphones to get!

It's very sleek looking, the sound cancelling when on and no music makes me feel like I am on an air plane. Deep base, very customizable with the app.

I've had these for about a month now. The sound is very good and the noise cancelling function is very good. At times I have had to work while the TV or other distraction is going on in the background. Even without anything playing, the outside noise drops to almost nothing when you turn them on. (To really make it quiet, buy one of the recordings of white noise or pink noise to play softly and it masks most everything). The padding is soft so they can be used for a good while and still be comfortable. Yes, I'd buy them again.

I looked at these headphones at the recommendation of many reviews online and a musician coworker of mine. I have a pair of Bose Bluetooth headphones that have been letting me down with their lack of audio quality. I also looked at the current Bose models and these Sony headphones blow Bose out of the water. I am constantly amazed by the quality of the audio from these Sony headphones. The only thing I don’t care for is the cheap quality of the included case, but that’s forgivable with how amazing the headphones sound.

I researched headphones after deciding to make a purchase in my quest to enjoy audio books more. I looked at a couple of Sony headphones as well as a few of the Beats headphones. After reading multiple reviews both from users as well as those paid to test and rate such products, I opted go with this pair. I have not been disappointed. I use these to listen to my audio books as well as music as I perform other activities. I love the fact that the noise canceling aspect allows me to immerse myself into my audio world.

These are my favorite headphones. I don’t know how I’d take public transport without them and I certainly couldn’t handle transatlantic flights without these to keep my ears comfy and block out the plane noise. I lost these in an Uber and immediately went out and repurchased these. Since I’ve owned two pair now, I can tell you how cheaply the headband is made: both sets have broken on the left side due to the cheap plastic. I was able to keep it in place with electrical tape but that’s not something that should happen with $400 headphones. I took off one star for the cheap construction

You just can’t beat this headset! Sounds amazing and bass has just the right punch. I’m usually a Bose man but these are better in my opinion.

its very light. a little bulgy but its not the worst thing, it has good noise canceling and it has a pretty good battery.
