Comfy construction and extra bassy isolated sound which works great for music I listen to especially during commutes.

I got one a year ago for my many airplane/hotel travels. For the money, this headphone is nearly impossible to beat. The first time I turned them on in an airplane, I was shocked at the quality of the noise reduction. Music and sound quality also superb at the price. The pair being reviewed is for my wife, whose trusty Bose had finally bit the dust. She couldn't believe the difference in quality. Only con is that the pads around the ear can get a little hot after a few hours. Not a deal breaker in any way.

Great earphones, the sound and bass are tremendous, calls are clear as day and the caller on the other end has no idea you’re not on your phone.

The noise cancelling technology found within these headphones is unbelievably impressive. The sound quality is 10/10 and the battery life is superb.

The sound is amazing. I was suprised at how well the noise cancelling feature works. I especially love how comfortable these are to wear.

I love these headphones audio is great noise canceling is amazing. The only issue with these headphones is that when using them on pc you dont get the customization features that you would on mobile since there is no headphones connect app. However since I'm on my phone most of the time not really an issue for me just something you should be aware of.

For years, Sony has always made outstanding products. With their recent release of the 3rd generation WH-1000X, I believe they created a product that currently outperforms the Bose QC35II. WH-1000XM3 sound quality is both bright, bass improvements, and overall, very well-balanced. The features available in the product itself and the downloadable application creates an unforgettable experience. My personal favorite is the aesthetic of the product. Sony created a luxurious yet simple design. Finally, WH-1000XM3's noise-cancelling technology is outstanding.

Very nice product ..if it can come with extra bass and multi divice paring than i will give 5 star. Best noise canceling.. I have use so many head phone, this is nice one .. i puchased it in 169$.

I am very happy with the headphones. The noise canceling works great and the sound is full and deep. Very comfortable too.

I don't have anything really negative to say about these other than the noise cancelling is so great that my husband can't hear me coming. Kind of freaks him out a little. I have to turn the light on and off in his office so that he knows that I'm standing behind him. He can't tell me to wear a bell because he wouldn't hear that either. They are great - he loves them.

Very good sound quality very comfortable to wear for a long time

I bought these to study and I wear rhem for 4 hours at a time. I like the sound and that you can use them with a cable when battery runs out.I bought my own cable with in line remote and works perfectly fine. The touch controls work great. The noise cancelling is great but I’m still debating if I shoukd keep them or change them for QC 35’s because of the comfort. My ears get warm, but kot sweaty and my esrs touch the cover of rhe speakers. Overall I like them, I want to keep them but the comfort is not all that great. If you can wait I would see if Bose comes out with the QC45.

Just purchased this pair of headphones and I love them. Great sound quality, nice controls, and great battery life. Using them as my everyday pair!

I upgraded to these from Sony MDR 1000X, which I enjoyed a lot. The 1000XM3 sound better and have much improved active noise cancelling over the 1000x. I use these mostly when traveling and I can barely hear any engine noise on flights. Like most noise cancelling headphones, these don't completely drown out people talking, but when listening to music at moderate volumes I don't hear anyone around me. I demoed Bose Quiet Comfort headphones as well as other brands before buying both MDR 1000X and 1000XM3 and the Sony won out both times.

Ordered these headphones online because the stores could not keep them in stock. First impressions: 1. They are very comfortable, though I only wore them for about 30 minutes. 2. The noise cancelling is outstanding. I will see how well they function on a flight next week. 2. The sound quality is pretty good, not awesome, but good. 3. The volume and song advancement gestures are taking a little getting used to. I seem to skip songs when trying to change the volume. 4. The app is cool so far, though I don't see myself using it very often once I get the settings dialed in to my preferences. 5. The case is nice, but I am surprised there is no Sony logo on the outside. 6. The USB-C charging cord is very short, but since my phone is also USB-C, I have longer cords available. At least these are USB-C and not the hopefully dying micro-USB. Removed one star for short charging cord and gesture usability.
