These headphones are excellent. They sound good and cancel ambient noise well. Also they hold a charge for a long time .

A friend of mine uses these all the time. I like them. One of the features is you can push on the headphone right ear, and you can control the volume, plus cancel out when you need to talk and hear someone. The only thing is, I don't use that feature, because I feel it is rude to the person you are talking to, to continue to keep the headphones on your head. I guess I am from the old school.. I also think it is rude not to take your hat off in the house... ESPECIALLY at the dinner table. Lol

I used to be a Bose fan for many years, simply because they always had superior audio quality over any other headphones or speakers. I was very interested to see when these came out and read reviews saying that they topped the Bose headphones. I just had to get my hands on a pair. Holy cannoli let me tell you, THESE ARE AMAZING. The sound quality is simply PRISTINE! The ability to control every aspect of your music via the mobile app is just astonishing. No other headphone compares to these.

Very comfortable. Sound is amazing. A little pricey but I am hopeful they will prove to be worth the investment.

Best noise cancellation headphones I had ever used. My wife tried to talk to me about 6 feet away while I was using the headphones and using my phone. Let's say she got a bit upset and amazed at the same time. Folks, this is the headphone for you when you want to cancel all that noise around you and just focus on the sound, whether you're listening to music or watching a video. The sound quality makes you want to keep listening to more music. No regrets!

I bought this headphones because my wife kept on taking my other headphones. I previously bought M&D 65 and they're great but the noise canceling are not as good as this Sony's headphones. This headphones are really great. If i can find them on sale again, i would buy another set for my wife because now she took my Sony's as well. Overall, if you're looking for a great headphones without breaking your bank, this headphones are really good. I don't have any complaints.

Bought these and I own the Bose ones. I needed a set for work and got these because of price advantage. They are in my opinion better than the Bose ones that I have. They are more comfortable and don't cause quite the amount of ear sweat that I get from the Bose. The gesture controls are awesome. The sound quality is about the same overall. Price was better when I purchased mine by approximatel $50. The case feels more rugged also.

The noise suppression on these is amazing. I like the sound and lack of bulk on my skull. Would buy again.

Sony has really come a long way when it comes to mastering noise cancellation and has definitely given Bose a run for their money. The audio quality is a little too bass heavy for my taste, even after playing around with the app I couldn't quite get the right sound that would be to my liking. Sony has also dropped some weight by narrowing the headband which is definitely a plus, the ear cups have also improved but for some reason I still had issues getting my ears snugged all the way inside the ear cup like the bose qc35. Type c charging capabilities definitely help to get a quick charge. The noise cancelling on these headphones is just simply amazing but that to me wasn't enough as the sound just did not resonate with me. Nonetheless these are by far the best out of the 2 previous wh-1000x series.

I had looked for a good pair of noise canceling headphones for two years and have consistently came back to these as the best feeling and sound of the lot. I had listened to the demo sets of multiple brands but cost has always been a determining factor in not purchasing any of them. There was a sale for these and and others during thanksgiving week and they were still pricey but after two years of waffling and not getting anything I took the plunge and I am very happy that I did. Reason it is only four stars and not 5 is because of price. Of all the different brands I checked out, these were the best at reducing back ground noise and delivering a great sound. I will update if anything negative comes up but so far I am not disappointed.

These headphones are worth it , the sound and the noise cancellation are amazing , and the battery life is good as well.

The noise cancelling feature is excellent, very comfortable, can be worn over the ear for long periods of time.

These are some great sounding headphones. I still think the Bose QC are more comfortable and the NC is better. Battery life is awesome and still getting used to the touch controls. Overall a very nice headphone with an awesome app.

The good: Great sound, great noise cancelling, fast bluetooth connect, fast charging, and decent battery life. The bad: Unable to connect from multiple devices. The touch controls are a hit or miss. Ear sweat is a real thing.
