Adjustable equalizer in the app works great. It pairs quick with my Note 10+ everything. Now for the noise cancelation. Sony did it right, its all adjustable and you can tune out everything. One problem I hope they improve, when the noise cancelling is set to picking up when it hears people talking. It picks up some not a lot of non talking sounds. Otherwise, its a good buy and satisfying.

It was a close call but I chose the Sony because reviews generally rated them to have superior sound while the Bose gave slightly better noise cancelling. Since I rarely fly or listen in a loud environment I went for the better sound. I'm not disappointed! I have found that the sound can be further customized for my preferences with the phone app.

BEST on the market for the Hard of Hearing

They also help with 1-on-1 conversations while she is wearing her hearing aids. Originally considered the top-of-the-line Bose, but our sales rep recommended we compare Sony. The Sony's cancelled the noise 100% better! Not superbly intuitive to utilize touch features, but NO NOISE.

I have a good pair of JBL headphones that I have been very happy with. I had wanted headphones with Noise Cancelling but did not want to spend that much more when I bought the JBLs. I used them on a trip with high schoolers and it blocked out everything on the bus while providing great deep sound.
