Great Headphones!

Seem to hold up well, but kind of finicky to put back in the case. Sound is excellent especially when using the app to adjust to your liking. They get slightly uncomfortable on the ears when wearing them for long periods of time but it just takes awhile to get use to. Bose has better comfort, but the sound quality and noise canceling doesn't compare to these and that's why I decided to keep the Sonys!

No more crying babies or me being an 'earhustle prisoner' to other cabin mates 'too personal for my ears' conversations. I love the feature of using the same charging plug as my Note 9. Another feature I love is the placing the palm over the ear and ambient sound comes in. That saves me from having to keep pulling my headphones off and on. I love these.

Next Level Noise Cancelling

They are also a must on flights. The only downside is they can only pair with one device at a time. If you need instant device switching, try the next generation model.

Best ANC Over Ear Headphones

They are a must on flights. The sound profile is really nice as well. Balanced and lows or highs aren't over-emphasized. I also have Beats Studio and the ANC is not even half as good as these. My only, very minor, complaint is figuring out how to fold them up so they fit in the case is a little confusing but it's quickly committed to your memory.

Noise Reduction Incomplete

I purchased them for the purpose of being able to concentrate more in an office environment where there is talking in the background. They muffel the talking sound but not sufficiently. So they are helpful but to a limited degree. I believe they can make headphones to cancel out talking as well, but I'm surmising that they do not for safety and liability reasons. For example, c they want the user to be able to hear someone if they're being yelled at to leave the building because of fire. In conclusion, they are helpful but I would rather they walk out more of the talking noise then they do.

The only issue I've had is my pause play on the touch controls doesn't seem to be working but luckily I got the geek squad warranty so hopefully they can pull something up

For the touch sensors to work properly: the single tap must be very short/quick. If the finger touches the sensor “too long” during the tap => it will not work. Note: When tapping the touch sensor 2 or 3 times, tap it quickly with an interval of about 0.4 seconds between taps.
