Noise canceling works well and actively adjusts to your surroundings, while sound quality is phenomenal. Granted, as stated before I don’t have much to compare it to but compared to other headphones these sound great. However, I wish these Bluetooth headphones allowed multiple connection to different devices but other then that these sound great and are comfortable for wearing for hours.

The only issue I've had is my pause play on the touch controls doesn't seem to be working but luckily I got the geek squad warranty so hopefully they can pull something up

For the touch sensors to work properly: the single tap must be very short/quick. If the finger touches the sensor “too long” during the tap => it will not work. Note: When tapping the touch sensor 2 or 3 times, tap it quickly with an interval of about 0.4 seconds between taps.

Great ANC

Never been a big user of headphones but when my friend let me use his x1000m2 set I was hooked. I took them to a coffee shop and managed to do homework without distractions. The only bad thing I find is that they clamp a bit too hard. I wish they clamped less. Other than that they are better than bose and others. I also really like the Crushers from skullcandy but they dont have ANC. I think bose is more comfortable and skullcandy has the best bass but overall these won because of their awesome ANC and battery life.

Next Level Noise Cancelling

They are also a must on flights. The only downside is they can only pair with one device at a time. If you need instant device switching, try the next generation model.

Great headsets, especially while on sale

The MX4 specs didn’t appear to have too many additional features to warrant the wait or price. Great sound and noise cancellation is excellent. Haven’t used them on a plane or anything like that yet but as soon as it’s activated all surrounding ambient sounds are pretty much gone. The only thing I don’t like is the (minor) hassle when switching devices. I use them for work with my laptop and for pleasure with iPad and tv. You have to disconnect and reconnect but I knew that from other reviewers and I guess the MX4 will connect to multiple devices but as I said, the $278 sale price was too good to pass up.

One of the people that work there recommended I try these out at the store. And WOW I have never had such clarity in the music. I work in a wood shop and it can get pretty loud in there. These headphones cancel out all of the background noise (if you want them to). I can’t recommend these enough. If I could rank them any higher I 100% would

The sound is incredible on these headphones. Great on airplanes, great for listening to music in busy environments. The only drawback I have noticed was takeoff on an airplane or an abrupt movement can cause static interference with the microphone for a second.
