These are just the best sounding headphones I ever owned. I use these at home to stream movies, or play video games, and they are great while on conference calls. The Beats can get beat up at the gym, but I will take care of these. I also plan to purchase the ear bud version because the audio is just that good !

Due to that, these are definitely not meant to be wore to the gym or honestly on a hot day.

Great high notes as well as deep bass. Previously had a pair of beats studio and the switching to these Sony headphones was a substantial improvement in sound quality. The app lets you fine tune everything to your liking which is great. Packed with features the other brands just don’t offer. I got these for a great deal because Best Buy price matched a lower price.

She has been very happy with the performance and the headset was also very helpful to her on a recent 10 hour overnight flight. Battery life is very good and I don’t think she has ever run out of power using them. They are a bit pricey, but she has used them almost every day since we gave them to her.

Bose's idea of standing behind their product was to say they can't fix them, so they'd give me $100 toward a new $300 pair. So I looked at other brands, and was so impressed with the quality of sound, features and price of the Sony headphones. Noise cancelling works beautifully, and the music tone is crisp. Bose, shmose.

My favorite headphones

The sound of music has a great range and the app helps a lot with this. The touch controls can be somewhat finicky which just takes time in getting use to. The mic isn’t good for phone calls but I didn’t get these to talk to others. $350 is a bit pricy but if it dropped to $300 I’d say it’s a great buy.

The noise reduction is even more effective than the previous champ, Bose Quiet Comfort models and the sound quality is very good with extended, but balanced frequency response. It is impressive how much better music sounds on a plane with any noise canceling units but the music is even cleaner and better than any other units I've heard designed for travel. Well worth their moderate cost.

They are great, with several configurations and support for Google Assitant which is just the best. The sound quality is amazing, you can hear new sounds in songs that I knew by heart, and the noise reduction is unbelievable. I had tried noise cancelling with a pair of Jabra headsets, and I was quite impressed, however these Sony headphones beat them without any doubt.

I fly a lot and my regular AirPods where just not cutting it. As soon as I turn these on the noise cancelling eliminates pretty much every noise from the airplane cabin and the airplane engine that gets annoying. With the music on its even better. Throw these on for any airplane ride and you won’t hear anything specially useful when crying kids are on the plane.
