These things are truly comfortable for all-day wearing in an office, and the noise cancellation is amazing - it truly shuts out just about everything. But you can disable it if you need some awareness, or just scale it back some. The sound is very full and complete - I immediately started hearing lower parts of the music I was simply never hearing with my old Bose SoundTrue headphones. Highly recommended!

Long time Bose user. I still love my Bose products, but these blow the QC35 ii’s away! I tried the Bose first because of loyalty, but returned them, and purchased these. No regrets. Can’t wait for the Sony 360 to be available in more platforms because it is awesome! Word of advice, if these meet your criteria on paper, then go try them out. You can read all day long about how good they are, but hearing is believing.

Use this for TV watching. Fits my head better than their previous model WH-1000XM2, noise cancellation is slightly improved too. Only complaint would be it gets a bit warm, but that's hard to avoid with over the ear noise cancelling headphones, especially if you're used to ear buds.

I bought these for my daughter for Christmas who does a lot of plane travel. She tried the Bose and was very impressed with them. Then tried these and this was her choice. Since then she uses them every day and is extremely happy. The sound is like being at a concert and it is crystal clear from the bass all the way up. Noise cancelling is probably the best I have ever heard. If you can afford them, these are definitely the headphones to buy!

These headphones were easy to connect and the sound quality is prettty god. They are also light weight.

I loved them ! The noise canceling is just as good if not better than Bose 700's. The headphones made traveling on a plane nice. My only complaint is they did make my ears feel hot. I hear you can buy upgrade ear cups that feel better. All in all I was happy with my purchase of these ! Definitely requires the app to use to unlock it's full potential. I will say I did return them only due to wanting to get the earbud versions.

I'm a diehard Bose fan, or at least was until now. The sound quality of the Sony headphones for music is outstanding. Finally, decent headphones with the ability to customize the sound of my music. This was always frustrating when buying Bose products. That is, there is no was no way to adjust the treble, bass, midrange. Sony has a 5 band graphic equalizer in the software on the phone, plus other sound effects. Goodbye Bose, hello Sony!

The headphones are so comfortable, and the sound quality is incredible! Definitely worth the money.

Outstanding noise cancelling, nice app with eq, very comfy, light weight. Everything works as it should. Sounds fair out of the box, but with the eq set properly, you can get good sound. Never as good as Sennheiser momentum 3, or B and W px7, or Shure aonic 50. They just don't have the DNA to get there. The 3 afore mentioned cans can't touch the ANC of the Sonys. It is a trade off, best sound and so so ANC or Great ANC and really good sound. You must decide for yourself. I have Sony xm3 and momentum 3. In a car or train or plane or really noisy place, xm3, at home, taking walks, ect momentum 3. Problem solved.

Blutooth connects seamlessly! Sound quality is superb! Noise Cx works like it should. Very comfortable.

These sound great. They have amazing customization tools. Most importantly they are so comfortable.

Great product! The noise cancelling is amazing. They are some of the best headphones if not the best that I have owned which include the beats studios 2 and 3, Bose qc 25 and 35. The only con is my ears or back of my ears get really sweaty. I don't feel the headphones its self get hot so it just might be the ear cushions. BB drops good sale on them which makes them totally worth it.

Amazing headphones. I use it on a daily basis for phone calls, working out, and to avoid people. Durable, comfortable, and great sound. I don't use the sony app as it's useless. I am able to connect to multiple device. The battery life on this thing is fantastic. I am amazed on it's durable due to the fact that it gets kicked around a lot.
