Best you can get short of the XM4

The sound quality is amazing for music along with noise cancelling my noisy office mates who can be quite loud. I feel these are the best headphones I have every owned, I am a Sony fan now on!

The Sony headphones are definitely not bad at all. I had a hard time choosing between the two of them for my traveling needs. The Sony doesn't disappoint when it comes to noise canceling and the app is great! The only thing I didn't like about the Sonys is that they don't fit well if you wear glasses. I found that they started to hurt after a few hrs of wearing them. Instead of using the Sonys for travel, I instead use them for gaming. The mic is great and my friends didn't have a hard time hearing me at all.

I balked at the price for a moment but thought that this would be a good investment even if we return to the office after the stay-at-home orders have been lifted. The bluetooth has great range (perfect for when you're multitasking during calls), and the noise cancelling features is great for when you're trying to focus. The only downside is I have a Windows laptop for work, so it's slightly more challenging to connect than Apple devices. But overall, a great buy and definitely worth the price.

The noise cancellation is adequate but buggy sometimes. I need to cup the left earphone often to reset the nc feature and sometimes tap it. The battery life was really good for the first few months where I didnt need to charge them for days. Now I need to plug them in everyday after work. I've owned them for a year now.

This is not the experience that we want you to have. For optimum performance, make sure that the software version of the headphones is up-to-date (via the Sony Headphones Connect app). The noise canceling function is effective in low frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices.

I am a musician and audiophile, the slightest ring or blast drives me crazy. These headphones sound great, the noise cancelling really is singles out your music and makes it sound like it's all around you rather than the center of your head and if you need to pause to hear something just put your hand on the right side no need to take off the headphones and ruin the song
