I was a bit skeptical because all my previews headphones for the last couple years were Bose and I never had Sony pair. My previous pair was the Bose - QuietComfort 35 II and they are pretty similar. I do enjoy the sound on the Sony headphones a little better and they have more options on their app to customize sound. The touch slide command is pretty cool till you have to swipe it up a bunch of times to get the volume up. Overall it’s a great products and the battery life is good. I primarily use them while I’m traveling and still prefer them over the AirPods Pro.

I love the features, especially that you can press the power button while they are on to check the battery life left. Love swiping to change the volume or track too!

The headphones sound really good. I bought them so when I cut the grass on a riding mower I can listen to music or podcast. The noise-canceling works!

I was doubtful at first but I'm glad I did buy them, best headphones, sound is amazing you can hear ppl talk clearly if you want if not its just the music playing clearly

Top quality, very comfortable, over thei ear headphones. Noise cancelling isn’t perfect, but does cut down on some of the background noise. Find they work well on airplanes.

These things are amazing!!! I love that you can cup your hand over the right earphone and it turns off the noise cancelling. The sound is amazing as well.

I slept soundly next to a crying infant on my last flight thanks to these headphones.

The noise reduction on these headphones is amazing! I've tried so many headsets but these really are above the rest. Sound quality is very good as well.

These are very comfortable and I can wear them for extended periods of time with no issues. The noise canceling is better than many others I have tried.

I love, love, love the quality and sound and feel of these headphones, they were just too expensive at the time with warranty and everything it came to almost $400!

Sonics are excellent but usage requires studying and learning the instructions and using the app to get all the benefits. Enhances the enjoyment of streaming media.

Amazing headset. Just amazing. There are no complaints from me beside the ear cups. They are comfortable, but they do tend to get hot. Other then that, 10/10

These are the best noise canceling headphones on the market. They are years ahead of any competitor , I’m surprised that they managed to beat the MK2 (previous iteration) .

Excellent sound and noice canceling and comparable to the Bose QC35. Used on Southwest flight and the headphones got rid of the jet engine sound completely.

Sound quality is very good, noise cancelling is excellent. My wife wears them when she’s running the vacuum and it’s extremely easy to sneak up on her.

The noise cancelling is superb as is the sound quality. They fit me very well although I have heard that you have to make sure they will fit your head and ears well.

Love these, Use them every day in the office or in the plane. I actually use these instead of the ones provided in the first Class seat in the aircraft.

I’m a Bose fan, but would have to say these are better headphones than the Quiet Comfort 35 from Bose. Noise canceling is just as good and the audio may be better.

I had the 1000XM2 and was completely satisfied with them, lost them. My main complaints were the Sony name on the Case and what to do with the charging and audio cables. There was no place to store them other than the external pouch, but they were prone to falling out. Control gestures are excellent. The headphone tells you battery level (high, medium, low). The 1000XM3's redesign addresses both of those areas. There is no name on the case, and the case now stores the cables inside the case, plus the power level now tells battery level in 10% increments (100%, 90%, 80%...etc). Good job!
