I disliked that even in noise cancelling you may still hear noise. Also the highest volume isn’t even that high! Hard to workout with as they often slide off my head when going to lye down.

Phone calls seem clear too. Only downside is the app is kind of complicated, and settings aren't always obvious and don't necessarily work in all modes.
