There are no written instructions, but only pictures without words that require a bit of interpretation. The controls are touch controls that lurk behind an unmarked surface on the right earpiece, and they are difficult to use accurately. Linking the bluetooth to a windows computer was very difficult -- almost to the point of wanting to return them. Much searching on the internet and numerous attempts were needed to succeed.

Could not find the noise mode only as when music is playing or connected ok, otherwise they shut down. On a plane, just want the moose cancel, no sound.
