So Annoying Swipe Volume Control - Avoid This Item

Like so many headphones these days they have touch controls only - no buttons. you have to swipe or touch the side of the headphone in a certain way to change volume levels and to advance and stop. So every time you touch the headphones just to adjust them on your head (coz they slide around all the time) you end up changing the volume or advance or pausing or something else. It is super annoying. I went back today to Best Buy and bought headphones with old fashioned buttons that actually work. Sadly I'm 15 days past the return date for these expense but useful headphones and Best Buy won't let me return them. I'm crying about this. So much money down the toilet.
