Usage hours may be different depending on the settings and conditions of use. To conserve battery life, turn off the DSEE HX Auto or Equalizer setting on the Sony | Headphones Connect app. Note: The available battery life significantly decreases when these settings are used at the same time.

Not as noice cancelling as I wanted them to be

Tested them on a 5hr flight and I could hear a baby crying at the back of the plane.

Wonderful Headphones

Pretty good but has some issues

Not the best for watching TV with headphones

Since I bought these to mainly use with my tv. There is some obvious sound time lag at times. This definitely gets annoying. So for thr price paid they are not the best quality. Average at best.

We're glad that you like the sound quality of the headphones. We regret to hear that you're experiencing lag issues when using the headphones with your TV. Make sure to install the latest software version of the headphones (via the Sony Headphones Connect app) for optimum performance.
The audio playback on this unit may be delayed from that on the transmitting device, due to the characteristics of Bluetooth wireless technology. As a result, the sound may not be in sync with the image when viewing movies or playing games.

Not good for windows

Not good for windows at least for me and this was enough for me to return after all the efforts to keep it. Not easy on my head. I would feel the pain if I wear for long time. Pros Good sound quality Best active noise cancellation But still I could not use for long time due to it's drawbacks, may be mine was a bad one. I am not sure

We hope you have updated the software of the headphones (via the Sony Headphones Connect app) which fixes that issue when connecting with a Windows computer. It also improves the overall performance of the headphones. The WH1000XM4 also features an adjustable headband to achieve the best fit and comfort.

I saw this headphones a couple of months ago but didn’t get them at the time. I saw where they were now available in blue and I just had to get them. Totally not disappointed in my purchase.
